The Social Cocktail Lounge

I stopped by this lounge during a recent trip to Winter Haven and found this to be such a quaint little place to relax. I enjoyed one of the best cucumber martinis! The 1920’s vibe atmosphere is incredible and the bartenders are very personable!

First timer at The Social Lounge in Winter Haven and definitely will be back. Ordered a lemon drop martini and for dessert (as it is a dessert bar) I had a peanut butter explosion. The martini- very well made, good flavor, and nice presentation. The dessert- to die for! Super tastey and hit the spot! I will say that the bartender, Maria, is hands down one of the best and most skilled bartenders I’ve had in a long time. Very personable, attentive, and the drinks are made the correct way. She knows her stuff and very customer service oriented. Next time you come into The Social, get your drinks from Maria! Thanks for a great experience and I enjoyed it in all aspects.

My first time at The Social, and I was impressed! Loved the live music (we came to see The Reasons) on stage and the relaxed yet upscale ambiance. They have a delicious espresso martini! The bartenders were very friendly and provided quick service. Highly recommend!

We didn't arrive until nearly midnight on a Saturday night, after a late dinner downtown, and had the place pretty much to ourselves, which was nice. We were told that it had been packed, but everyone else had just left when we arrived. There was a DJ who was starting to pack up, but stayed and took requests for us. The drinks were pretty good, especially for the price. We liked the atmosphere.

We had a great time here listening to Laura The Singer who is here every Friday. She is not only super talented, but she is fun and banters with the audience. The cocktails are high end but less expensive than we thought. The atmosphere is cozy and evokes a speakeasy from the 20s. We sat in comfy chairs on the floor, but there is additional seating on stools at high tables, at the bar, and outside. This place was packed when the music started so we were glad we got there 15 minutes early. If you want to hear the music well, sit near the stage as this place starts to get loud with conversation as the drinks get flowing. No smoking inside, which my husband and I appreciated.

I loved the atmosphere in this bar! The drinks were amazing and our bartender Rae was awesome. She was super friendly and suggested drinks. I tried the Spa day and time to smoke. They were delicious! The buttery nipple shot was my favorite! Highly recommend(:

First timer. Went to enjoy a cigar Tuesday night with the crew and had some questions about the cigar selection. Maria was phenomenal at explaining and recommending me some options. Can’t thank her enough for her input and customer service. Amazing bartender! Will be back soon.

Food was amazing. Had the Flatbread Broccoli Pesto, Tater Kegs and Ceaser Wrap. Service was also wonderful. Can't wait to try some of the other options. Pricing seemed very reasonable for what we received as well.

Great food and service at Kimber's Bar & Grill! We enjoyed tasty tacos and fish bits along with sides. The music was terrific and the staff was very pleasant!

I went on Tuesday night, cigar night. I met Maria. She was awesome and crew had an absolute blast. I want to come back and hang with Maria again. I can't get over the fun customer service. Truly top shelf like Blantons bourbon.

What's not to like? Curated craft cocktails. 2$ beers. Great local music. Dark prohibition-esqe speakeasy setting. Off the main strip but that just gives you more parking. They have tons going on and the vibe is relaxed. Oh yeah and 5$ shots that don't suck!

Seriously one of my favorite spots in Winter Haven! This glitter martini was so good! Their smoked old fashioned is the best I’ve had! Great atmosphere as well as some of the best bartenders in our local town! I recommend trying this local favorite if you haven’t already 💖

This place definitely exceeded my expectations! Very warm, welcoming and classy atmosphere! The gentleman behind the bar definitely knows what he’s doing, My seasonal margarita was superb! The patio was a very nice relaxing vibe as well. It was very nice to see such a place make a mark in downtown Winter Haven! My Husband and I will definitely return! 🥃🍸

I enjoyed the place. Nice atmosphere and decor. Went for dialing pianos. The place is a tad small, but they have a front patio and an opening to the bar so you don’t have to walk inside or wait for a waiter.

Brandi (Brandy?) was so great! Those blue cheese stuffed olives in the dirty martini were some of the best I’ve had. She was also vet friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our time

This place is amazing! I hosted a happy hour for my company here and they not only allowed very short notice, but they also set it all up perfectly! The service (shout out to Jessica!), the presentation of the catered appetizers, and the atmosphere, was just beyond wonderful. This is a true hidden gem in Winter Haven, and a must to go check out and experience. Neo Surgical Group will be back to host all of our events!
