Westshore Pizza XIV

About a month ago I had a very negative experience (stick with me here) with a employee on the phone trying to cancel an order that had taken way too long to get to us. I waited a couple of days to call back hoping to get a manager on the phone. Turns out that employee was a manager. He apologized and said my next pizzas were on him for him treatment.

Fast forward to today 😃

I called hungry hoping to take this manager up on his offer. The person (Rob) on the other end of the phone listened intently and cared about what I was saying. Without hesitation Rob did honor what this guy had said. I decided to pick the pizzas up in person to meet the guy taking care of me and leave a tip. That manager is no longer with West Shore Pizza understandably.

The pizza is delicious, the customer service is outstanding and caring, and me and my wife will only order West Shore Pizza from now on because I know they care and make great pizza!

True customer service coming from two of the best individuals that service the facility at Drew st in Clearwater... Rob & Tito are truly great people and hold the best customer service quality I've seen in a while. Keep these employees .. because people like this are hard to find

Great experience! I showed up way to early for my carry out order (totally my fault) and the staff were super nice and accommodating. When I came back a bit later to get my food everything was perfect and exactly as I ordered it, they even put the pizza sauce, which comes cold, into the pizza box to warm up a bit. The pizza itself was a hit with the whole family from 2 to 40 years old and the toppings were tasty and generous. The crust had the right amount of chew and excellent flavor. This was my first time at this establishment and I will definitely return. You should absolutely add the Drew st. location of WSP to your pizza rotation if you are in the area. I got the impression that it was family run and they seem to really care about their food and customers.

After we finished the window tinting our customers' houses in Clearwater, we ordered the best steak n cheese Philly in town. I highly recommend the Westshore Pizza on Drew.

My special order pizza was fantastic! I have lots of food allergies and can't have sauce or cheese. This pizza still was so flavorful! They made it perfectly for me just as I requested. Thank you so much I really enjoyed it.

Awesome experience at Westshore Pizza XIV!!! This pizzeria is recently under new management, which is great news, and wipes out all the past negative reviews! Personally, I have ordered food and drinks here, and have not been disappointed. I particularly love the flavor and texture of the pizza crust! The dough is made from scratch, as well! I have also sampled their Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, and boy are they delicious! They are stuffed with a generous amount of steak, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms! Yum!!! Check them out ASAP!!!

Had a pepperoni pizza and some knots, it was delicious as always!

Pick up order; they are only a mile away. Usually, get one of their Strombolis. They are big enough that we have a meal for two for 2 days. I haven't had one of their pizza yet, but if they use the same dough for their crusts, they should be excellent also. I usually have to wait even though they give you a pickup time. Not a problem; items are hot when you get them.

We recently had a taste of their pizzas, and it was delicious! Pepperoni and margherita pizzas were crisp and flavorful especially with the basil, and the crust was nice and crunchy. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Say hi to Jim, the new owner!

If you had an issue with previous ownership give the place a try again. New owners are a local and family-oriented bunch that will thank everyone for their business while making sure your food is correct. If you have not eaten here yet you are missing out on some of the best pizza in the Tampa area.

Not sure how this place is only 3.9/5. Ive tried every place in Pinellas and all things considered this is our favorite. The Pizza, Cheesesteak and Meatball Sub, are all fantastic (Garlic Knots are solid). A few items we dont love but with those 3/4 items, you cant go wrong. I saw a few reviews mentioning poor hamburgers....LOL its a pizza place you idiots

Had a 2-hour drive today and stopped into Westshore to eat some pizza and it was amazing and the garlic knots were awesome. Best pizza I've had in quite a while would highly recommend to everyone. The friendly staff was the icing on the cake will definitely be back. Thanks.

We ordered from Westshore tonight. It has been forever since we have been to a Westshore. Our store closed from what we were told.
The Drew store was friendly and our cheese steak deluxe were amazing and our granddaughter loved her meatball sub.

Thank you for delivering our pizzas so hot & fresh! Unfortunately, I ordered through Order In while having to stay at the Clearwater Days Inn because my house was damaged in a storm. They charged me $54.14 on an order that you would have charged me only $29.80. I'll be calling you directly from now on! I appreciate your manager's kindness when I asked her why I was charged so much, and told her about my family's situation. This year has been so rough on so many of our families, and the manager taking extra time on a busy Friday night was very appreciated.

We came across this place randomly and am so thankful we did. Their pizza tastes great and is purchased by the slice— very similar to NY pizza. The customer service was outstanding too. Every time we visit Clearwater, we are going to make sure we eat here.

My first time ordering from this location was this evening.
I'll say they gained a customer for the duration of me living in the area.
Let's start with whomever was talking the order she was chipper and answered all of my questions.
As far as the food we got?
A full size calzone which I will be posting a picture of because it was seriously HUGE.
The Philly was good. .
But the Shore fries. if you have never you should! They didn't even make it to the table. Absolutely addicting!
And delivery was super quick!

Look, not sure about those 1 star reviews but I just had the best two slice cheese as part of the lunch special and I have tried the ones in downtown St Pete and Boardwalk in Countryside. Sorry no pic but the slices did not make it back to my office. Oh and the crew, super friendly and welcoming.

I was starving and in a hurry, and out of the corner of my eye, I spied Westshore Pizza. I swung in for a slice. The pizza was incredible and totally hit the spot, but the best part was the service. I was there for a total of 8 minutes, and I left with a delicious slice of pizza and a new friend!
