Great hidden gem! The day I went the weather was beautiful and the food delicious. One of my pet peeves is food lacking seasoning but everything was full of flavor. Will have to return to visit waterpark.

Bartender was awesome 🤙🏻 even though I only had a sweet tea. The Mac n cheese bites were some of the best I’ve had cheesy and crispy. I also had the fish and chips. The fish was haddock white flakey and moist. Super delicious the beer batter was crispy and good as well. The fries were like shoe string fries they were seasoned nice but not my kinda fry.

The place also has bands on certain nights and different kinds of shows. I will be making my way back there soon to try some more food and maybe catch a show as well. Give them a try if Yur in the area 🤙🏻👍🏻

This was a fantastic place for a resort day pass! We had a group of 29 kids and adults, arrived at open and everyone was accommodating and friendly from the beginning. Enough to do for all ages, lay by the pool, check out the water slide, splash pad and bucket dump and even the hot tub. The bartender Dave was great from the beginning, kept up with all of us and was friendly and smiling. There were also 2 servers that brought food out to us and although I asked their names, I can’t remember them—but they were friendly and attentive all day. Food was GREAT and unexpected, as I thought we would just have “pool food”, but it was truly restaurant quality. Thanks to everyone, we will be back!

Excellent service today in the afternoon! The food was delicious. Our server Rachael was amazing. I asked for the mojo chicken tacos that are not on the menu anymore and they still did it for me. Good portions. That is excellent customer service going above and beyond.
My husband had the burger with sweet potato fries. Everything was yummy. Definitely recommend and coming back!

Out celebrating my friend bday. Just made a quick stop for a sweet bite. Boy was it worth it. Was able to sit in the shade and enjoy the moment creating a memorable moments.. love the outdoor sitting area

They are wonderful and very accommodating.
We had my daughter's surprise 50th birthday here and we could invite family's. While parents enjoy the get-together the kids can enjoy the activities offered geared towards them while parents look on. The food is good and the staff great 👍😊

What a great outdoor venue with awesome live entertainment! I can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer and take advantage of all the outdoor amenities (great lounge areas/pool).

First time at Balmoral last night but will definitely be returning again in the future. The environment is vibrant and fun, the food was amazing and the staff are friendly. The only downside was that it took a while to get our food, but to be fair, they were extremely short staffed!

So this is my 5th time here and I have to say everyone is very awesome and helpful. The food and drinks are great as well as the service from the balmoral team. Food comes out much sooner than expected. I came in for an early lunch today and Monica did an excellent job. This is my new place of choice for food and drinks.

My wife and I stopped by on Karaoke night. Wyda Guzman and Jonathan hosted the event. Yes, there were quite a few customers who took to the mike and sang surprisingly well. In between Wyda sang some popular songs to fill in. Wyda sang and WOW she was fantastic. We were so impressed by this young woman's talents. I highly recommend going on the nights they perform.

The bartender, Monica, was amazing last night. It was very busy with numerous people feeling as if they were more important than the next. Monica handled it all with grace and patience. She was very adept at handling the chaos with a calm presence that was a pleasure to watch.

It is a great spot for the kids to play while the adults enjoy music and a cocktail, if desired. Kind of crazy later in the day on a Sunday. Food was really good.

Excellent spot for a quick lunch or dinner. Gorgeous pool area, plenty of outdoor seating. Great rental opportunities for family vacations!

Balmoral Bar & Grill is one of my new fav spots. I called today to ask if Friday was Latin night as it wasn't posted on the website. Vincent took my call and was so polite, he took the time to answer my questions and when he wasn't sure he went to find out. Great customer service Vincent, thank you!!!

Very relaxing experience. Like to have lunch, relax and just enjoy the open-air dining. Friendly staff.

Beautiful servers great customer service so I tip. Will be coming again. Came on behalf of haines city rattlers meeting and I love what I see.

The best thing about this place is the setting. It is right next to a pool and water park. I came here for lunch for the first time yesterday with a large group. We sat outside near the pool. There were fans so it felt okay.

I was told that guests, folks that don't live in the development, can pay to use the pool. We did not use the pool but we enjoyed the setting.

Staff was very flexible and efficient for our large group.

I got fish and chips which was very good. One in our group said their ranch dressing is excellent.

Very casual and fun atmosphere.

I got there but they closed at 5 I didn't know but I n my friends are planning to go back. They have a water 🌊 park style pool area. Looks fun. So stay tuned so when the updates comes in. This is Johnny from adventures with the riveras.
