Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami - Hialeah, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful place but to close to the interstate and does not have sound proof glass so you may as well sleep beside the interstate! But the staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable!

I really thought the price of the rooms and what you get is great. Complimentary breakfast which isn't any restaurant, however the selection is nice enough for all to at least feed you

Lauren was amazing and so professional! We checked in at a later hour of the night everything went smoothly, and the hotel is very clean and accommodating. Would definitely return.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay.Bed super comfortable and the service at the breakfast dinning room was exceptional!

Much Better Now... renovations were completed a long time ago. As of 11/30/2022 thru 12/02/2022, I stayed two (2) nights at this property. It turned out Excellent!!! OK?
Well, hello there! My It's Been Such a Long-Long Time but a change has come for this Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 6650 W. 20th St. Miami-Hialeah. All brand new, free parking for guests, full breakfast served daily, pool, and business center.
I was in room 517, nicely cleaned. My only concern was very tiny water aints running around the bathroom counter. Since, that has been taken care of. Otherwise, they've come along ways, baby. Don't be scared... they are working together with an aim to please and make for a pleasant stay.
My latest experience at this property as of: February 04-06, 2023. Chaw-Chaw!

They accommodated my truck driving boyfriend, clean room with comfy bed. Had a good breakfast selection. Nothing negative to say we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here when we're in town.

The breakfast was good. They had a covered outdoor smoking area with seating which I appreciated.

Breakfast was awesome, and the room was very comfortable

Surprisingly the food and drinks were not overpriced which are sold in the lobby.

A great experience overall, wonderful service, front desk staff very professional (Leslie Luis) super accomodating and helpful, even went out of her way and recommended an excellent choice for lunch just next door which was exactly spot on what we had in mind that day. Rooms were spotless clean, smelled really good, you could tell it was recently sanitized profusely, and for that you have my sincere gratitude. Awesome A/C as this is perhaps a must for the area as it gets very warm, we had to turn the cold down a bit it was like a walk in cooler, although some people I'm sure would prefer that particular setting!
Good parking, specially for bigger vehicles like ours. Truly it was an experience deserving a bookmark to return and stay again in the future! The breakfast staff next morning were very polite and accomodating. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious, no complaints at all! Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality! Keep the great work!

It was my first experience with this hotel and I really enjoyed it! The room was big and price really great! Plus breakfast was included,and food was tasty and varied. The pool was not so big,but water was warm and clean,so for me it was okay. Stuff were very friendly and helpful. I found just one cons:cleaning ends late(at 4pm) but I don't think it's big deal.

Let me start by saying i am very selective of where i sleep when away from home. This place definitely met my standards and the staff always went beyond providing excellent service. My stay was a month except the weekends i traveled back home to Orlando (work related) every monday i went back i got a different room. Beds are clean and comfy, glass shower doors, huge mirror in every room and nice view out the windows. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast every morning with several options to choose from. I usually don’t write reviews but my experience was terrific its why i had to share. Btw excellent location

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was great you have cooked selections as well as other options. Our room was perfect and the housekeepers are very nice and helpful when you need them. The customer service here is awesome. This is now my new hotel when I come home to visit.

This hotel is very clean. Front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was good would like to have seen more choices. The pool was clean and public bathroom was clean also. They did run out of towels by the pool. My wife and I had a great stay and would return to this location. No airport shuttle since they are not that close to the airport. Just take Uber to airport.

I decided to stay at this hotel to go to the Art Basel and it was the best stay I have ever experienced in Miami. Lorraine checked me in, she was wonderful. Michelle in Breakfast was amazing and very helpful as well. Breakfast was delicious. I just wish I could be served a little earlier. Rooms were clean and comfortable.I can't wait to go back down to Miami and stay there again.

Excellent stay! I arrived in Miami for business a few hours early. I thought I would be turned away from being able to check in but they let me check in early. The 3 ladies at the front desk were very friendly and very pretty. All smiles on my welcome! After getting my key, one of the pretty ladies explained to me all the amenities of the hotel and also gave me a list of restaurants in the area. Very cool for a newcomer to this area. The room was very clean. Very well decorated. Internet was strong. Shower was spacious. The next morning I found the breakfast to be very good. The breakfast staff said good morning to everyone. The breakfast is hot and they have a cool machine that makes fresh pancakes. I may have business in Miami. If I do get this project, this will be my go-to hotel. Its also very convenient to the highways, airport, and mall.

Great Holiday Inn, stay here any time I am in Miami. The rooms are very clean and you are kept very cool so you will be relieved when you get into your room.They have a decent little gym with dumbells, a bench, and some elliptical/treadmills. There is a great little Cuban restaurant next door with inexpensive but delicious food and they will deliver to your room free of charge. Highly recommend.
