U-Haul Moving & Storage at Sparkman Dr

Wonderful! Except they left the exit gate open one night...and I have been attempted to be kidnapped. All gates should be closed AT ALL TIMES! I made a call for my own safety and the representative was sooooo very helpful and concerned. But could not remotely shut the gate. I watched my attempted kidnappers, watch me...until a uhaul van that had to exit, forced them to leave. But other than that... and by the way it was the 20 something year old kid that worked that night that rode his bicycle...that left the exit gate WIDE OPEN.

Sammy is the absolute best! She runs a great store and is extremely friendly with all her customers. Highly recommend this location for all your Uhual needs!

I just recently moved out of this facility after having a unit there for nearly 2 years. In that time I visited my unit frequently and honestly this is a great place to rent a storage unit. I never had any issues and the staff were super friendly and always helpful. would definitely use them again if I need too!

I luckily walked in at the right time because this facility is popular and was booked up but I was able to get a 5x10 that fit my needs perfectly. The staff was extremely helpful making sure I had full access on moving items in on a stressful day. I utilized the month needed and made sure I cleared everything out. Turning in my access card was quick and easy while staff did check to make sure nothing was left.

We rent frequently for our business and Samantha, the manager at this location, makes it easy and pleasant to rent. We really appreciate the fantastic customer service we receive every time!

I returned a truck & tow to this location after moving from another state. First, I received a text directing me to another Uhaul location on Sparkman. However, while enroute, I received a second text redirecting me to this location. Rob was awesome! He was friendly, professional & quick. I really appreciate the great customer service I received today. If I'm in need of such services again, I will go this location if possible because Rob is on point! Thanks again!

Ive been at uhaul for 4 yrs i dont agree with this location being unclean as some say.i will say this people have thrown trash outside there units from time to time,such as food and somtimes furniture.its a liitle unfair for u to blame the facility for what the customers are causing.

The U-Haul service/courtesy/professionalism of the owner at this location (Rob?) is absolutely fantastic. There are several locations nearer to me but I'd go back to this one in a heartbeat. I've never used the storage so I can't rate that.

Used them several times and have never had an issue. Very easy to work with. Uhaul is pricey but at least they have good service.
