This self storage has been a pleasant, stress-free experience. Highly recommend!!!!

We moved out Saturday, February 3, 2024 and contacted Handy Lock by phone as there was no one at the office.

Our next bill payment is due 2/10/24. We were told because we did not give ten days notice that we would have to make the payment on 2/10/24.

I am disappointed that seven days notice would not be enough to waive payment on a unit we emptied today.

This is the only negative I have in my history with Handy Lock Storage of needing units for temporary storage in multiple cities this past year.

No joke best prices around town on parking and the girls up front are nice and easy to work with.

Handy lock is a top-notch organization and they provide excellent service. They contact you when your bill is due in order to keep you from losing any property. I really appreciated that because sometimes you get busy in life and forget. The property was always well-maintained and was a very safe environment. The staff always provided above and beyond excellent service. If I need storage In the future I will definitely contact them again and recommend them to my friends as well.

I loved using Handy Lock! The location was kept very clean and easy to maneuver. The safety and security was also very nice. The customer service, lastly, was incredible. Everyone I interacted with was kind and very helpful. If I ever need storage again in the future, I will definitely be coming back to Handy Lock Self Storage.

We have had a storage shed for several years with Handy Lock in Ocean Springs. The staff has always been very nice and helpful, and we have never had any issues with our unit. Convenient location too! Would highly recommend.

The staff is always friendly and available to answer any questions or help with any problems (website issues). They always responded quickly to any emails or return phone calls. Easy access with gate code, didn't have to worry about (just) anyone getting unto property without a gate code; my storage unit and stored items were safe and secure.
The storage unit was very clean and pest control was done once a month, I never had issues with any kind of bugs or rodents.
The monthly price of the unit was a great value, less than $30 a month. I would recommend Handy Lock Self Storage to anyone needing short term or long term rental. A++++++++++++++++ service.

I have been using Handy Lock Storage for several years. It's the only storage facility that I'll use. I've moved around a lot since 2000, so I've used them in 3 locations/states. The units are kept so clean and I've never seen any bugs dead or alive!! I'm happy knowing that my furniture & things stay clean and safe! Thank you Aaron Barksdale for being so nice and helpful over the years. You're a fantastic property manager!

The folks at Handy Lock Self Storage are great! The facility is easy to get in and out of, open early and close late, great accessibility. I've had a storage locker with them since 2001, and they've always worked with me when I'm late with my payment (which is a LOT). There have been times when weather has caused problems, and they've always contacted us to let us know what was happening. I trust that my personal items are safe with Handy Lock Self Storage and highly recommend them!

Hand Lock Self Storage is a great storage place! The manager Ms. Tonya is so sweet and very professional! She answered every question I had and completely explained everything to me. She also showed me different storage units they had available so I could pick the one that best fit my needs. The prices are also amazing! I love the fact that it is gated it makes it more comfortable. Ms. Tonya has also since checked to make sure everything is okay. Thank you for everything!

I've been here at Handy Lock in Ocean Springs for over 3 years. I highly recommend this facility. It is always manicured beautifully. The storage areas are always clean and free of any critters but most of all the management, Tonya Duvall, is always such a pleasant yet professional person. I'm moving this weekend to live with family but leaving only the facility...not my friend. Thanks for everything Tonya.

I *love* the messages this HandyLock & Ronda there put out on their sign! The words are applicable to so many of us, not exclusive to a certain religion or walk of life - but always inspiring for all. The one I always recall is "There is no greater burden than keeping an untold story inside you." But they have so many great ones! Thanks for keeping us happy and inspired !

Great experience with Handy Lock Self Storage. Moved from Mississippi to Florida then Texas and was able to keep my belongings securely stored for 2 years. Friendly and professionally staff!! Was able to use the MyStorPal App to make payments, communicate via email and make changes to my account. This was a plus since I was unable to physically come to the office. Would highly recommend using Handy Lock Storage locates in Ocean Springs, MS.

Handy Lock Storage is family oriented and is managed by a wonderful team! They make me feel like I'm part of the family. Their location is convenient and I feel that my items in storage are secure and well protected.
P.S. I LOVE their sign! They ALWAYS have very thought provoking and motivational quotes when I pass by every morning and evening.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The showed me different units to get a better idea of what I needed. The helped me complete my application online expediting my time.

The office ladies were always helpful, friendly and willing to help if I had a question. Tanya especially was always very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever move again, (God forbid) I would use them again. I also loved the messages of encouragement out on the reader board!
