It took awhile for them to fix my motorcycles tire but that was due to outside circumstances that were not in controll of the owner they very very kind and when they did work on my bike they were very time efficient I would highly recommend this repair shop will be doing buisness here in the future

Hands down the best customer service ever. These guys will take care of you and make sure you know exactly what needs to be done on your vehicle and what you are paying for. They even fed me some pizza while I sat waiting for a ride.

Steve got my truck in next day for a quick hose replacement when all other shops in greenville were scheduled out months. Had to leave truck there for the day and he went the extra mile to to write up an estimate on an upcoming joint issue, along with advice on body work.

Steve went above and beyond once again for me. He has never let me down ever. Always friendly, always making sure the job gets done and done right, with a fair price.

These guys are A AWESOMELY GREAT!! They saw me walking due to a needed jump start. Terry and Tia gave me a ride back to my car and gave me a jump!! He wouldn't accept payment, "just doing a neighborly good deed..." ACTUALLY A GREAT DEED In this girls opinion!! They saved me from walking more than a mile home in the dark... 😁🥰🤗😎 Now I'm their new best friend and I love them all dearly!! And yes, I delivered a large gift basket full of goodies and treats as a thank you!! 😊🥰😎 footnote: they also loaned me gas in a can when I ran out for the very first time in my life (oversight, too much of a hurry to run and pick up my close friend, didn't add enough gas... oops... 😖)

I am now a loyal McQueens patron! I took my van to 2 other mechanic and neither of them could diagnose what was wrong. MCQUEENS found the issue, fixed it and even cleaned my van while they had it. Great customer service!
