Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

First time at this location, staff was friendly and helpful with questions regarding the menu. I think it is very important. Inside, the lobby area was clean, and tables and chairs were also clean. It was nice when ordering the $7.00 meal, the ice cream Sundae that's included. You can go back to the counter and get it after you eat your meal. Instead of watching it melt while you're eating. Overall, it's a happy place to enjoy a reasonable, priced, good hot meal.
They offered handicap parking, and the restrooms were very clean.

Food is always delicious and consistent. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and three Marshall location went above and beyond! Will definitely recommend to others

This was my 3rd visit they were all constant regarding food and service. Last visit they were swamped with customers and the staff seemed to be able to treat us as individuals. It didn't have the usual atmosphere that is associated with fast food. The burgers tasted like burgers unlike the nasty soy burgers from McDonald's and less expensive.

As yearly visitors to Marshall we were happy to discover a new Dairy Queen this year. We are camping at the fairgrounds for a 4 day AKC All Breed dog show. Every evening we head to Dairy Queen for cones & sundaes.

Great place for a meal. Nice employees at the at the counter and in the back. I absolutely love DQ and will always eat there.

This spot is a regular for us. We love coming in here. The dining area is always clean and picked up, staff is always friendly, food is always hot and fresh. We love using the DQ App for the coupons and deals that you get each week. We've always had a really good experience with the drive-thru as well.

Andy is a great young lady with a big beautiful smile and always is pleased to serve me and my family whenever we visit. Her and all the staff are very kind to my family and we're very glad that this dairy queen opened in our area. We visit often and will return again in due time. My brother is 25 today and is very happy to receive his ice cream cake!

So happy to have the new Dairy Queen Grill and Chill restaurant here in Marshall. Ordered the Double A1 Stackburger and it was very good. The staff was fast, friendly and efficient. I will be visiting again.

It's a special treat to have a DQ near us. I always love the ice cream treats, but the food is amazing. It's better than most fast food places, and the price is comparable to all the others as well. This location has already become one of our regular stops.

Renee was so nice and helpful when we asked allergen question. She went above and beyond the call of customer service.

The staff on Tuesday night, the 14th of November were spectacular. So helpful and gracious, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed to celebrate a birthday with an Oreo Blizzard ice cream cake.

First time dining in, and couldn’t be happier. Greeted by a kind, friendly cashier who promptly took my order and answered all of my questions. Dining room was clean, restrooms were clean, and drink stations were clean. Food was delivered quickly and exactly what I asked for. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

Dairy Queen is definitely a great place to stop for a burger and ice cream!!

We went as a family with our cherished friend to have a fun easygoing time. - DQ is where you can go and sit amongst others that want a simple enjoyable meal or treat. - There is helpful assistance that come to your number on the table with fast food or a delight if you happen to want service inside on a whim. - Now Ive dined inside, done the drive through, and best of all got to pick it up the quickest way, despite how busy it might be, when I ordered ahead on their app. - The best burgers you’ll ever taste are waiting.

I haven't eaten at a DQ in quite a few years, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! Got a burger, fries, fountain pop, and an ice cream sundae for $7.00! Everything was delicious!
