Visited the General store in Metamora yesterday, where we bought this maple syrup. The lady there was very informative and nice. We just tried the syrup and compared it with some from Canada. I couldn't tell the difference. Both were excellent!

A few friends and I were at your store on March 30.There was a young lady that helped us pick out some things and was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful. I think her name was Amanda ,she helped me choose some wonderful popcorn and honey also a beautiful redbird to hang in my window .we were very happy with our purchases and absolutely loved your employee.We will definitely be back before summer is over and will also tell our friends.Hopfully Amanda will be there to help us next time we loved talking with her.

This shop has something for everyone! We especially enjoy their maple syrup produced on their farm, beef jerky, gourmet seasonings, and local honey. They also have a great gift selection and a snack bar. Definitely a must see when you visit Metamora!

Friendly small town shop, has a great variety of items. We especially like the bourbon bacon carmel popcorn!

Nice little shop! They had a bunch of neat things and local honey/beeswax. Still getting set up, but will be a nice edition to the neighborhood.

Also had fresh popcorn. I'll be returning for that alone.

Stopped in on a chilly day and was happy to see a shop open with coffee. Very good salted caramel coffee and owner was very nice. Look forward to coming back when it is warmer.

Great experience. Stopped in for the Jerky, which is amazing, and chatted with the owners for a bit. Great setup, excellent service and just good people. Will be back!

Lovely lady, great store. Tried buying candy only for everything not wrapped in plastic to be stale and taste like paint/the interior of the store. You gotta keep that stuff in the plastic bags or replace it every now and then. If this gets fixed I'll change my review to 5 but I want people to be aware!!
