The food here is SO DELICIOUS and always made fresh. I come here multiple times a month, I can't help myself! It's hard to pick a favorite because all the meat is so tender, and the vegetables are cooked perfectly. They are also very sweet people and they provide a wonderful environment to eat in. Keep up the good work :)

An adorable local hole in the wall with fantastic food! I had the Spicy Pork Belly Ramen. It was a medium heat, just as the excellent waitress said it would be. The toppings were gracious and the pork belly melted in my mouth. The eggs were a little more cooked than I am used to with ramen but whatever they have marinated them in gives them incredible flavor!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

I'll definitely be coming back even if it's a little bit of a drive from my home in Astoria to get there. 10/10

Pretty impressed with the vegan broth for the Pho, it was super tasty, very rich in flavor. Portions were generous and the staff was friendly. Definitely, would recommend and look forward to coming back and trying some of their boba teas.

The Pork Belly Shoyu Ramen was amazing, they also had a great selection of tea with boba. It was priced well and was very filling.

Great noodle house. We ordered seafood tom yum and spicy pork belly ramen. I recommend the seafood tom yum.

If you want really tasty food done to perfection go here!!! Service is kind and genuine! For a small location it serves BIG FLAVOR! Top knotch drinks too, with some of the very best Thai tea and taro I've ever had! DELICIOUS! Best kept secret on the Oregon Coast!

Quaint location creekside with a surprisingly spacious interior and lovely, if a little eclectic, decor.

The food was lovely. My pork belly shoyu had a rich, sumptuous broth which was wholesome and lively with green onion, corn, marinated bamboo shoots, a ramen egg, and the eponymous pork belly that I found well prepared and generously portioned.

Service was also excellent. I found my experience to be well catered and prompt without feeling overly chaperoned. I was well attended to, and appreciate the care put into customer satisfaction.

The Noodle House is a delightful find on the Oregon coast and well worth trying. They don't offer the same experience you may be accustomed to in larger cities with Vietnamese restaurants and their large menus, but what they serve is well prepared and delicious. And don't be suspect about pho and ramen on the same menu. Both are fine here. Service was particularly attentive and accommodating. At lunch on a Monday, every table was taken by the time we left, which is a good sign (though none of the customers were Asian). Notably, the Thai restaurant next door that shares restrooms with Noodle House was empty, which saddened me a bit because I am confident they're good too. Also know this restaurant is on what appears to be a particularly treacherous stretch of US 101, just north of a bridge, so be careful. There's ample parking on the south side of this unassuming building.

The beef vermicelli was quite good, portion was on the smaller side. Beef banh mi was good as well. Service was excellent, server was super sweet. She let us know it’s be 30 mins for our takeout order and when it took a few extra minutes she gave us both fresh watermelon juice on the house (typically $7 each). Very impressed with this place overall!

So good, and very much a food experience that this area of Oregon has been missing. The service was great, and everything was super fresh and flavorful. We had the pork bao, shrimp salad rolls, and pork wontons followed by the spicy pork belly ramen and the grilled beef vermicelli bowl and honestly all of it was delicious - definitely a place I'll be going back to!

Forgot to take photos. We dove right in and started eating when it arrived. It wasn’t the fasted service and they forgot part of our meal, which was promptly brought and comp’t which was nice and wasn’t asked for.

But the ramen was very excellent. Place was busy and only one server on. But she did a good job considering both dine in and take out.

Absolutely would go back again.

My family and I absolutely love this place! I’m always craving their Banh Mi’s, Beef Pho, and Pork Bao. We get it often and never disappoints. Lately we’ve been getting it to go, but dining in is equally as good. I always reccomend to friends and tourists. Im so thankful to have this new addition in our town and looking forward to our next meal here!

The Noodle House is a hidden gem in Seaside. I took my family in for an early dinner because everyone was really in the mood for ramen, it can be a hit or miss trying out a new place but it was the perfect experience. The spicy pork belly ramen was absolutely incredible. I ordered it hoping for something closer to tonkatsu and I was honestly surprised. It's very rich, the first taste has a sweet flavor in the beginning followed by a medium spice that slowly creeps up, I was hesitant when it first hit the table because it looks like it would be really hot but it's the perfect combination of sweet/spicy. The egg rolls and potstickers were perfect as well. We will definitely be returning to next time we are in town.

Pho was perfect - it didn’t need anything additional for flavor. Service was quick and efficient - only one woman working but it was not an issue. She gets extra points for being patient with one family that was taking up a lot of room in a small space. We will definitely be back, a lot.

So glad I went during my first stay in Seaside! The host/ server was so sweet! The spicy pork belly ramen was actually milder than expected but still delicious! The broth was aromatic and the pork belly tasted fresh not leathery like some establishments. Can't wait to try other dishes.

Amazing ramen, bahn mi was good, service was excellent. Ordered as take out. Spicy pork belly was full of flavor. Way more meat than traditionally in ramen. Some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan! We will definitely be back. Fair prices.

my wife and I visited here after living in south east asia for 16 years. at first we were skeptical, but after only the chicken pot stickers coming out we knew we made the right choice. never in our 5 years of living on the west coast have we experienced such a quality assortment of our home foods. our adopted thai teenager fell in love with the pork belly shouy ramen, and inhaled it in one breath. that’s the longest my boy has been off his phone for ages. thank you for reuniting our family ❤
my life loved the boba and forgave me for the new fishing boat i bought as well.

We stopped by for lunch as we wanted to have some Asian food after visiting Cannon Beach. The kids loved their chicken noodles. I had a very delicious Beef Banh Mi. My wife ordered Jungle noodles and her eyes glowed when she first tried it. Extra thanks to the owner for giving our kids little toys celebrating their first-year anniversary. My wife still says she wants to have the jungle noodles again today.
