Tradehome Shoes

I've shopped at Tradehome Shoes for several years because their customer service is unmatched. Their manager Gregory has gone above and beyond to make sure every purchase is the right one for me. I've bought 3 pairs of HOKA from them. The first one my dog ate 😑. The second pair I was worried about slipping at work so Greg found me the non slip soles. The third pair I had lost some weight and wanted a pair for working out and he found me just the right ones. They've more than earned a forever customer. Thanks!!

Where’s the 6th star button cause these boys Edwin and Greg are killing it. Not a big shopper type but these guys made it by far the best shoe shopping experience I’ve had. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years before, these two know exactly what they’re doing. Thanks, will be back. ✌

I went to Tradehome looking to find a pair of shoes with good arch support and a cushioned foot bed. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, and personable and made the experience a pleasant one. To top it off, he found the perfect pair of shoes for me that allow me to walk pain free. Thank you, Eric, I will be back for my next pair of shoes!

I'm a healthcare worker and I'm on my feet 12 hours a day. I've been an Asics girl for many, many years but I felt it was time for an upgrade. My nurse friends have told me about the On brand Cloudflow shoes and I wanted to try them out. We went to several shoe places in the mall and struck out at each one. It wasn't until the last shoe store we went to that they told us Tradehome Shoes carries the brand I'm looking for. So I headed over there and was immediately greeted by Gregory, the manager. I told him what I was there for and he measured my feet and brought me out several pairs of the On to try on. In the meantime, he was helping other customers and was even speaking fluent Spanish to a Spanish speaking customer. I was totally impressed. He went above and beyond to not only help me find the right pair, but the other customers in the store as well. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but I even splurged and bought two pairs. I was that impressed with not only the shoes, but the excellent customer service I received. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a shoe store, or any store for that matter. I will definitely be going back there. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely best customer service. I took my teen daughter to buy shoes for basketball. We tried the usual athletic shoe stores at the mall and she didn't like any. On the way out of the mall we passed Tradehome. The salesman at Tradehome was very helpful with my daughter and found exactly what she wanted. The price was great too so we got boots for my youngest daughter too. Thank you for the great service!

I was in need of 30" shoe laces and had been searching high and low. I walked into Tradehome and Gregory came to the rescue! He went in the storeroom and rounded up several extra pairs of laces. Not only did he find the length I needed, he traded out the ones I had with the new ones. For no charge. And all with a great attitude and a smile! Kudos to Gregory!

Michael is really great! He is very knowledgeable about all of the questions I asked, and he knew exactly where to direct me!

Nate, on the other hand, tried to encourage Michael to sell me shoes that were too big because they didn't have the exact size I needed in the wide. I understand wanting to see your product, but not at the expense of an unhappy customer, and an uncomfortable shoe.

Great selection of women and men's shoes. The Hoka One One choices were good and fairly priced. Excellent customer service. He had a few customers but managed to help us all. Ill be back!

If the current staff leave for any reason whatsoever I will not be returning. The gentlemen there are outstanding, and helped me find the best investment I've ever made. Give them raises.

I just left this store and Gregory the manager and MJ that was visiting from the Columbia store, they were both AMAZING!!!❤ I would drive the 100+ miles again to this store just for their customer service!!! Thank u for being so helpful and so attentive. I give u both 10+ stars!!

Walked in 15 mins til closing...the sales associate quickly greeted us, measured my 7yr old sons foot, and brought out 4 or 5 tennis shoes for him to try on. He put them on my son, ensured the fit and then sprayed them with water repellent. Done deal and bought the spray. Very professional and kind and attentive. Highly recommend this store. And the price was right. My older son was interested in applying there and came to find out the associate was the manager. IMPRESSED

I always rate locations by how they treat you when something goes wrong. Bought a pair of HOKA hiking boot for work. The tread started coming off the sole in 1 corner of boot. The return was easy as can be and they are freindly doing it. So great work on the staff.

First visited Tradehome Shoes in December trying to find good shoes for my husband who works in a warehouse. They pointed us to Hokas which he said felt much better than the skeechers or under armours he had been wearing. They said buy them and if his feet start hurting again within 30 days, come back. They felt good the first 3 weeks but this least week his feet started hurting again. So, we went back. After chatting, they recommended a different Hoka with even more cushion. When he tried them on, they felt great. So, we bought them. While we were at it, we bought a pair for be too. Hoping this helps us both. The staff is very knowledgeable and seem to know their stuff. We'll be back for sure for more shoes!
