The UPS Store

I use this particular ups store exclusively unless I'm out of town. The employees are genuine and kind. The look up and acknowledge that you came in. They can multi-task to keep things moving when the store is packed by making a plan together. They work well together, catch each other's backs, a true team... and they know their stuff. They are always pleasant.... they are kind, like I said, but pleasant is even better. I love this site/ store. So much so that I even bring them treats. Thank you for excellent service. To the owners: treat them right. Help make their job fun so they are motivated to come to work everyday. Make it so they love their jobs, and they love who they work with. Remember, people will always work for more money. But they will knock themselves out if they feel and know you appreciate them. I have ideas if you want any. 😁

Great staff at the Boise location on Vista. Helpful and friendly. Willing to help with needed problem solving and even have treats for my dog.

This Vista location, is a wonderful UPS Store, especially their employee Kiley. She is always so friendly and really practices great customer service! I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have. This UPS Store and the customers are very lucky to have a great employee like Kiley.

I ship through here multiple times a week, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have helped me out in tough situations a few times too.

After dropping off a small package today I found myself locke do out of my car. I had left the keys in the car! I went back inside and asked if I could stay there while I waited for my son to bring a spare key. They were so welcoming and even brought me a chair to sit in while I waited. These young people are awesome!

This UPS store is the best! Everyone who works here is always very kind and helpful despite a busy day or long lines. Greatly appreciate having a welcoming experience when dropping off or mailing a package! I choose to come to this one specifically over others due to the nice experience.

The three young people there were really kind and the process was fast! I recently tried to make a delivery at my location close to my house and they wanted to charge me for asking for tape to seal the top of my box I was attempting to ship and it was no problem at this store! They even did it for me! Thank you for making my errand day as a manager easy!

Just went to ship a package, and my day was literally brightened. What a positive experience! There was of course a line full of procrastinators just like me, and there was an employee triaging customers in an effort to lessen the wait. All employees were in great moods, making customers laugh and keeping the environment calm and enjoyable. So stoked that my neighborhood UPS Store has such great customer service. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Best UPS store I've been to yet! Austin helped me and he was fantastic, I'd give him 10 stars for customer service if I could. Give this man a raise and have him train others on customer service since it's a lost art! 🤟

Just stopped in to ship a large package, the attendant helped me find a smaller box that fit my item more appropriately and brought the price down. It was much appreciated. Would recommend.

I am from Nashville, Tennessee and was traveling through Boise, Idaho and the Teton Valley (Driggs and Victor) for a couple of weeks for my own enjoyment. However at the end of my trip, I encountered some unusual challenges trying to get home, eventually being delayed to catch a flight the next day after it was originally scheduled. In order to carry less on the plane, I went to the UPS Store to ship some items home and some gifts to friends as keepsakes from my trip. I had the pleasure of meeting Cory and Matt at this specific UPS Store location. Both young men were very personable and professional! While I did not pour out my entire heart to them, I think they could tell I was a little discouraged by the situation before me. They worked hard to help me pack my boxes and get items where they needed to be at a quality price with quality results. I wish that Tennessee UPS Stores had fine men like these two gentlemen working in their own franchises. To say they encouraged me might be an understatement. Their kindness, good attitudes, and just their overall general disposition to care for me and other customers in the store was refreshing to say the last. This store is lucky to have these two individuals on their team! Both these men clearly deserve a raise in salary or hourly wage for their outstanding customer service. Thank to both of you for an excellent experience on my end when I needed a little boost of care and expressed concern!

So grateful for the help from Matthew at the UPS store! We had over 45 individual gifts to ship to students - he helped us to ship them accurately and efficiently. His customer service and follow up was unparalleled. Thanks for all the help Matt! We will be back!

The staff here are wonderful! We've mostly worked with Matthew, Corey, Elizabeth, and Tim and they've all been consistently friendly and helpful. We look forward to seeing them, and always feel valued and appreciated as human beings and not "just customers".

During the holiday madness I needed to mail a package. I can best describe my experience and friendly efficiency. The team worked hard to safely (Covid-19 measures were followed) get through a large line of customers.

Amazing customer service. My husband and I went in to ship back a car part that didn’t work for us. We were responsible for the return shipping cost and it was going to be over $60 in the box it originally shipped in. The young man at this store modified a box for us and saved us over $30 in shipping costs. I will always be back.

I had two boxes that needed to be shipped back to a company vendor.
The vendor had sent the wrong bar codes and the staff at this UPS location went above and beyond.
In the end, the boxes had to be shipped through Fed Ex. The staff even labeled the boxes and carried them and loaded them in our company van.
Truly amazing service!
