IHOP

This time around we had a great experience, our server Jo was great, she made sure we had everything we needed, we were cold and wet coming from the swimming, she gave us aprons to cover ourselves! That was so awesome and sincere!!! Our food was great, will cone back again!!

IHOP never fails to impress me with their extensive menu options and breakfast dishes. From their fluffy pancakes to their savory bacon, every bite is a delight. Best ihop I’ve been to! I used to prefer Dennys but recently every Dennys I’ve been too is dirty. This restaurant was very clean! Restroom and dining areas. Our waitress was so kind and tentative went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and she said it was her 4th day her name was Chelsea. She was awesome!! The food was also very good. I had the French toast combo and their French toast is huge! They have updated menus and kids eat free everyday from 4-10pm.

Everything was great loved it very professional people

Stopped in just before closing. Service and food was great. We had breakfast sampler, turkey sandwich and cheeseburger along with mozzarella sticks.

The server was polite and helpful. My grandson just loved him. Great with kids

The wait was about 20-25 min but the staff was so polite and helpful the time didn't matter. The food was very good and I had enough to take home for the next day.

We had Katie (sp?) as our server. She gave the perfect amount of attention. We never felt like we were being rushed to eat nor did she intervene to often asking about the food, how we were doing, or etc. She remembered to offer or give us all of the accessories of IHOP: napkins, utensils, syrup, optional syrup flavors, hot sauce, etc.

The booth was clean. The restaurant visually looked clean. The restroom air freshner was not appealing to my senses, but it was clean and not bodily odored.

The price range was appreciated by my over 55+ relative. Initially she was not interested in eating as she went through the menu. I pointed out the over 55+ menu and she ate a large meal for the first time since she was discharged. Cleaned her plate, which made me feel emotionally better. Thank you for making the prices reasonable for senior citizens. (I paid for her meal, but her seeing the affordable price made her feel better, which again helps in her getting better.)

This is by far the best IHOP in the Alamo
area. Our waiter was Mondo, he was excellent, communicated about when our food would be up. The food was great and is evertime we come. Restaurant was clean.

Great place for quick late night meal, food was great, service was on point. Our server Martin was very attentive and polite, he made the experience overall very enjoyable.

Absolutely wonderful! Great service in a very clean restaurant. The breakfast was tasty and perfectly prepared:crisp bacon, scrambled eggs and the pancakes were so fluffy and light it was heaven! Coffee was good and hot too. I'm looking forward to returning to this IHOP for another meal.

They really need to work on the A/C it was so hot my party of 4 were all sweating so very uncomfortable. The wait staff was so wonderful trying to make us comfortable. Please fix the air conditioner.

After a horrible experience 2yrs ago we haven't gone back BUT our waitress Julie has given us hope again! Shes been the best waitress at ANY IHOP location we've EVER had!! Our orders were spot on (I cant eat eggs and my husband ordered an EXTRA egg), we never had to ask for refills because she was on top of it and she brought such warmth and kindness to our day! We'll DEFINITELY be back and all thanks to Julie!!

Place was very clean, service was on point. The manager came and asked if we were taken care and was super helpful with the menu.

3am Breakfast. At hour not busy at all. Server was professional and very attentive. Food was out rapidly . No complaints , definitely recommend.
