Breath of Life Medical

My mother had to be put on oxygen out of the hospital and Breath Of Life was recommended by her doctor. Great equipment great people out of the Grayson County Texas area. Mom was recently put on hospice and we had to switch to a company they use. Luckily I hadn't called for equipment pickup yet since the equipment provided by State Serv Medical didn't work. It took Stateserv 3 times meaning 3DAYS before getting an oxygen concentrator that actually worked. Had it not been for still having equipment from Breath Of Life on hand still I hate to think what would have happened. I just wish, for people's sake, Breath Of Life worked with hospice.

Hello, well my first experience with breath of life. Well let me tell you about it. The first episode it was okay and then we lost communication and it didn't work out and then covid hit and then recall it then so when it end up frying it got water all in it and burned it out or whatever. Then I called and I spoke to Chase and so he gave me all the information and was so kind come could relax help my anxiety come from a thousand all the way down to zero. That's some hard work to do. Only my spouse can do that. But anyway he calmed me down and and talk to me where I can understand it on my own level cuz I have a little learning disability so he broke it down for I can understand it on my own level so that was amazing. Then I went up there today and cuz by machine not the machine but the mask I accidentally torn or ripped something. He gave me information to call Phillips and so I made that connection with Phillips and so I went up there and picked it up and then Phillips in the collection agency telling me that I didn't have to pay off my balance or whatever and so I was kind of upset and confused about that. So who come that amazing Chase again me and him talked and he calmed me down from a thousand again all the way down to zero. You know that's like I said that's hard work. Only my spouse can really do that. But anyway he did that and find out now that I'm paying on the the new machine it will totally be mine and stuff like that. So I am so happy that they have him there to understand people to speak to them and not trying to brush them off and just have his patience. You know we need more people like Chase in the 🌎 🌎 ..where they can have patience with people you know and you. You can feel the the comfort and the patience that he has in his voice and the way that he talked to you over the phone. It is just so amazing you know and I just want to post this with you and say thank you Chase for being a amazing person that you are and God is going to continue to bless you. So I just want to say thank you. Again.bye..

Breath of Life has been very helpful and responsive regarding my husband’s cpap! Would definitely recommend!

wow, over Christmas break, my mom came to KC and stayed with me, he machine broke down Christmas eve and they took the time and walked me through how to fix it step by step Thank you

Coming out of the hospital I was given oxygen. My night oxygen is great. My daily oxygen that I’m expected to carry around is so heavy there is absolutely no way I can lift it much less carry it. I’m very unhappy that I didn’t have a choice about which company the hospital assigned me with. Or something smaller to carry.

Owner is a scam artist and is being sued, equipment is faulty just like the owner, he owes people money everywhere, won’t be in business too much longer folks

Never again. Save your money get your CPAP from Amazon.

I have been calling for5 days trying to get a working concentrator to replace this week old concentrator. Still no concentrator!!!! My husband needs this OXYGEN!!!

All this company cares about is bottom line and money they will make, never thinking about the customer
