I have done business with Hearcare for about 20 years. 3rd set of hearing aids. Excellent service. Always willing to help. Great group of people.

They are a care about the people that they help and show and explain how to use the App that hooks up your hearing aids to your phone and how to take care of your hearing aids too.

Dr.Shepherd is the best doctor I have ever been to he took the time out of his day to help my sister with her hearing aids that she didn't buy from him . He got her fixed up so she can hear better with them . He is a awesome doctor that doesn't rush you in and out he takes the time with you and makes you laugh also . You don't find doctors like Dr. Shepherd!!! Very compassionate about what he does and his patients!!

We walked in and had a friendly greeting, our hearing aids were taken to be clean. Jill called us back to her office and thoroughly checked our hearing and reset each aid. She stressed the importance of wearing hearing aids each day and how hearing sounds regresses in a persons brain if hearing aids are not worn. Thank you Jill, all hearing aids at our house are in ears each day and one pair not in the charger all day long every day now.

I highly recommend this place of business. My experience was near flawless from initial testing through follow up adjustments. Dr. Shepherd explained all procedures thoroughly and was very patient and compassionate when he had to re-explain some of them. The entire office staff made it a very pleasant experience.

Everyone in this office are the most professional and friendly staff. Every visit from the first until my last. Carolann, Deb, and Dr Sheppard are amazing. Ive never had to wait and they even opened early for me because of my work schedule. They are the best.

The staff is very friendly. Felt well taken care of. They took me through each step of wearing hearing aids slowly and listened to all of my questions. Follow-up treatment to get the hearing aids dialed in was also great. I would highly recommend to my friends!

We have known Jill and Kenneth for years... they have helped our family on numerous occasions.... not only are they consummate professionals... their concern and compassion is evident to all who meet them. Most recently they helped my parents.... who now hear so well... we have to be careful as to what we say!

Never had a better experience in a medical office. All of the staff treated me with respect and gave me an outstanding exam. I learned a lot that I did not know about the hearing aids that I have had for almost three years!

After I had some issues with the Gainesville TX office I was contacted by the staff at the main office in Sherman tx as to what the issues were and how they could alleviate any future issues, after our discussion i was assured that the issues would be taken seriously.
I have since seen them at the Sherman office 3 times and I have to say that I am convinced that the owners both love what they do and genuinely care about each and every patient they see.
I originally gave 3 stars but after giving them a second chance I have changed it to 5 stars, I look forward to seeing them in the future for any hearing issue that might arise.

Very professional service. Audiologist took what ever time was necessary to explain how the aids work and answering any and all questions during several visits. Very friendly and courteous attention. Hearing aids chosen works GREAT !

The entire staff were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their primary concern was my hearing and how to get me the hearing aids that were right for me. It is refreshing to see a staff is so patient oriented.

Thank you to Jill, Deb and Carol- Anne, for all that you have done for me. For the first time in many years I can hear the birds outside from the inside of my home and the large, low toned chimes are beautiful. They have been hung on our porch for 15 years and except for when I am on the porch, I haven't heard them at all. Now I can hear them from most anywhere in my home. They are just beautiful. I love when the wind blows! The bird songs and songs of my chimes are glorious! Jill, thank you for having been so great at answering my questions regarding my hearing aids and my hearing in general. Deb, you have been awesome in answering my many questions about my hearing aids, showing me how to change the wax filter and so many other questions, running copies of information on the care of my hearing aids and especially dealing with my other half also known as 'Trouble'! LOL. We enjoy interacting with you. Thank you. And to Carol-Anne, thank you for tolerating my always asking if Deb's there or not. You are a dear and we enjoy interacting with you too. You have taken care of us equally as well as Deb. Especially the other day when there was some excitement next door. You were hilarious and would make a great investigator. We tend to just drop in at times and are treated so welcomely and with joy. I have suggested Hear Care to a few of my friends and even a lady that I met casually at Walmart where I heard a phone ring that has the same ringer as my phone and because it rings directly to my hearing aids I really did not know from which direction it came. I told her that I hear the sound in my hearing aids. She said that she couldn't even tell that I wore aids. She told me that her grandmother needed assistance with her hearing so I referred her to Hear Care. I never got her name and did not have one of your cards to give her. I hope she was able to convince her grandmother to come to see y'all and that everyone is so friendly and takes good care of their clients. A wonderful office. The best place to go for hearing wellness. Everything is completely customized to your specific hearing needs. They make you feel like family everytime you walk through the door!

I just had my second great experience with Hearcare, Inc. I called in with a problem on one of my hearing aids and found out my warranty had just expired. Hearcare was able to get my warranty extended to cover my problem...they had no obligation to do so. Another problem solved by Hearcare, Inc. Assume group.

I don't think the caring and service you will receive at HearCare, Inc. can be beat. I have a special hearing deficit (resulting from sudden hearing loss) that Kenneth worked on to provide me with the best hearing possible, and the follow up has been most helpful.

very nervous going in (had a bad experience with another audiology). from the moment I walked in I felt like part of a family...... everyone took very good care of me and was willing to help in any way , their stuck with me for life.....will recommend Hearcare to all my family and friends....

Cassidae and Kenneth took spectacular care of my Dad both before and after his hospital stay, which required multiple adjustments. Love these folks !
