A'mis Pizza

Fantastic pizza with lots of options. St. Louis style, New York style or Chicago style, they have it. Sandwiches, salads, everything here looks good and made to order. A nice atmosphere and nice staff. Feels like the little neighborhood pizza joint I grew up with.

A'mis consistently knocks it out of the park, whether we dine in or order out. The quality of the food is insanely good, from the salads, pizzas, pastas, and entrees, we have tried it all and it never disappoints. We are definitely blessed to have them as our neighborhood pizza spot!

I never had tried them before, and I was in the mood for a Chicago-style deep dish. I was not disappointed, it was very good! The portions were good. Two pieces and I was stuffed!

Quite good! Outstanding NY style pizza with quality toppings. We will definitely be back for the pizza! The wings were good, but likely less enjoyable because we got taken out. the salad was just ok: mostly lettuce and provel cheese.

I took my son here after a workout because we were both hungry & wanted A LOT of food. This place did not disappoint. The pizzas reminded me of the pizza I used to eat, going to the local pizzeria with my grandparents when I was little. They are high quality, not greasy & great in size. My only complaint is that I didn’t ask for jalapeños on my deluxe. The price is fabulous & you get everything you pay for. The service is good. It’s a nice, low key atmosphere. I would recommend. 👍🏼

I absolutely love the salad and pizza from this establishment, however my most recent takeout order, I was not given my salad as ordered. Upon arriving home and noticing, I called, and was told, “you forgot the salad”. I was not given the salad, so don’t think “I” forgot it. The salad was not given to me. So, had to send the husband back 10 minutes to retrieve the salad that “I” forgot. No apology, or anything.

Wow love love love this place. Authentic Italian food at a reasonable price. I recommend anything. Even the salad is amazing here. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to staff and management

6-11-2022 My husband and I had are first visit today. We got the Amis salad, garlic bread and the Chicago style pizza with mushrooms and onions. Everything was wonderful and we will go back. The pizza is the just like we have had in Chicago. We are looking forward to trying many items on the menu.

So this place looks like a hole in the wall but it deserves a 5 star look. I've tried both tje New York style pizza and the Chicago style pizza and both are absolutely amazing. I went for lunch and got the salad which was also super good, crisp and fresh. They supplied some bread balls as a starter and they are delicious with butter. I will be going back very shortly for the pizza slice as big as my fat head!

They have excellent amazing lemon pepper, chicken wings. They also have giant slices of New York style pizza. That taste very good. I would say four out of five stars on the pizza five out of five stars on the chicken. This place is a great small Italian family style restaurant.

Fantastic food! Their homemade dressing is the best ever. Service is okay. You get your stuff but at a slow pace.

I feel that this place is underrated. I had never heard of it before, but their New York style pizza is delicious! I got the "super" and loved it. I saw others recommend the garlic bread, so I tried that along with tortellini the next time. Also fantastic! I really like that their pasta looks and feels and tastes homemade. It's not uniform like fancy fine dining, but it's so comforting, like a dear friend just made me dinner. I've found a new favorite place for take-out (will have to dine in once the pandemic is over).

What an excellent surprise. They don't show up when you google "New York" or "Brooklyn" style pizza and that is a real shame because their pizza blows away the other choices in the area regarding those styles. I haven't even tried their STL, Detroit or Chicago style pizzas! Oh but I will because their other pizza was absolutely awesome.

Now on to something just as important: service.
I made a mistake, not the restaurant. I wont say what happened because I dont want any one trying to get free stuff from these great people. Never-the-less, they took care of me after we came to a deal that was heavily to my benefit despite my protests lol. But they were so nice and felt bad for me. Wait. The latter might not be a good thing HA!

Anywho, you could tell every one working there was happy to be there or at least satisfied enough to seem that way. Even when the woman at the counter went back to tell the cooks what was going on, they smiled and said "no problem". They were quiet about it. Not like they wanted the customers to hear. It was just a conversation they were having and was 100 percent genuine. Plus one of the chefs was the one to bring me my pizzas and he apologized to me like they made the mistake. I couldn't get over how far they went to satisfy me. I am now a customer for life!

And again, the pizza was absolutely awesome. I cannot way to try other pizza styles and other food there. I now work close by. I am about to get so fat!

Get the Manhattan pizza. It’s HUGE! The salad was amazing, the service was good but the best part was the croutons. Grandma calls them futons but I tell her that’s what I sleep on when I stay the night at her place. It’s not bad except the bars poking through the old mattress and into my back. Oh and when it folds up on me during the night. Anyway; look at the photos and see how big the pizza is. It’s pretty tasty and the atmosphere is fantastic. Just go. Get the Manhattan and next time you see a futon, or go to Amis, think of granny. Be sure to tell them we sent ya in. Take care!

Great atmosphere and the Chicago Deep Dish was on point. Very friendly staff and amazing food. Worth the trip!

One of the best pizzas in saint louis 🍕 ❤ the place was slammed Saturday afternoon at 4/5. Plan to go another time.

Went early in the evening, the night before Thanksgiving. We were seated immediately (party of 2), ordered immediately, got soft drinks immediately, bread knots and butter too. Garlic cheese bread came out quickly, as did our New York style half and half pizza.

Too filling (medium pizza), so we took home the leftovers and finished it later. Always delicious, always exceptional service.

The chs garlic bread is amazing a d highly recommend it, it is so delicious that you can make a meal out of the bread itself!

I ordered take out. The hostess was awesome.
