Family Eye Care

This is the first eye doctors I took my two youngest to and the 1st time going with my oldest in 5years since we moved far from her old eye doctor. They were so welcoming the doctors are so pleasant and nice, reception, assistants and those who help you pick out glasses are all amazing people. Everyone greets you with a smile and the doctors actually remember who you are even though they see us once a year. I loved it so much here for my kids that I too decided to be a patient! If you’re looking for a good eye doctor this is a great choice and I’m so grateful God led me here.

Been going to him 40 years definitely the best and his daughter is definitely following in his footsteps I appreciate all their help support even coming in after hours Saturdays Sundays whatever it takes to make sure my vision is great. Don't know where I would be without y'all your more than my eye Dr your family. I appreciate all the help and as always friendly staff.

Tina is the absolute BEST! I'm new to glasses and Tina went above and beyond to help me transition into progressives smoothly. It was incredible to be able to work with someone with so much knowledge and experience. She really helped me figure out the right solution and get my glasses made quickly before leaving the country. The best of the best,Dr Henne saved my eyes, great staff,great service.I was found with an eye disease that I could go blind in a 3 days, nobody carried the prescription I needed,Dr Henne founme a generic after hours that would save my eyes , have used his office since he opened years ago. He is the best!

If I could give more stars ⭐ I would! From the phone call to the moment I left and everything in between the service was exceptional. The office is clean and stunning. Dr. Beissinger was super friendly and knowledgeable. Family Eye Care is the only place for my eye care needs.

No long waits, exam was very thorough and the results were well explained. New eyeglass selection was also handled well. All in all a good experience

Dr. Henne was wonderful during my visit. I suffer from anxiety and he put me at ease with his calm voice. My 2 kids saw Dr. Beissinger and she was super sweet with them. My kids said they loved the eye doctor and wanna go back again! I highly recommend this place to others nearby.

Wonderful office giving the best care in town. Dr. Henne gives the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. Excellent opticians on staff as well.

I'm adding to my previous review another five-star experience. I have high fashion frames from another optometrist's shop for which Dr. Henne's office made me lenses last year. The left temple came off today, and I thought I'd need a complete new set of glasses since my frames are now discontinued. Lisa quickly and easily put them back together "like puzzle pieces" that had me completely frustrated. She saved me hundreds of dollars, even with insurance, and made not just my day but my whole week! Family Eye Care is the best!

I just went to Family Eye Care yesterday. We have been regular patients since moving here almost four years ago. The most significant thing to me is that Dr. Henne has been consistently caring, thoughtful and professional each time we have visited. He truly takes time and treats you as a person. When my exam indicated that I did not need to change anything in my prescription, he celebrated with me, rather than find some excuse to sell me something.
In addition, the optical staff has been very helpful with fittings, choosing new frames and lenses, and even showed me the benefit of "computer glasses", which I love!
Finally, the office staff who greet us and take our payments have been kind, courteous and efficient throughout. I took the time to thank someone yesterday. Dealing with the public can be hard, but they are great.
As long as the care is this excellent, I would not dream of going somewhere else.

I love how family eye care treated me and everyone around me. Employees works with a happy attitude, I can tell they all get along so well and the environment is such a happy and loving place. Definitely recommend! The doctors are very nice and cheerful. They actually listen to you and create a relationship with you, I have zero complaints and truly loved it.

Great location!! They were so patient when we even called a few times to check for a cancellation. My husband loved the apt and it was the first time my 6 year old saw an eye Dr and she came back asking when she could go again 😂 Thank you for the thorough appointments and family friendly service! 😊

My daughter has been a patient here since she was 3 years old. (She’s 11 now) For a few years it was just to have her prescription filled and select frames, but she was so well taken care of the decision to switch and also bring my family in for their eye care needs was easy. From start to finish you are treated with the utmost care. It is a first class experience all the way through whether you’re there to see Dr. Henne or Dr. Schneider. I have a big family (5 children) and I have never been made to feel like bringing them with me is an inconvenience even in the middle of a pandemic. I have only ever had one squabble with a girl at the front desk. When I brought it to Dr. Henne’s attention not only did he read my email he actually apologized, thoughtfully responded, validated my feelings, and took care of said squabble. You cannot find service like this anymore guys. This office is a rare gem and so are the Doctors and staff. Don’t think about it, just make an appointment and see for yourself.

So a big concern for us is the speed at which some Dr's. Do the eye exams to find you the right lenses, I almost came out of there with tears of greatfulness to see how careful and caring the Dr. was with my grandmother who doesn't speak English or reads and writes. I have so much gratitude for the humanity she showed us ❤. May God bless her x 100 fold.

I took my son to Family Eye Care in Winter Haven last week. He's been wearing glasses for years and we've gone to other eye doctors, but he wanted to start wearing contacts and we wanted to try a different eye doctor. Family Eye Care had affordable contact options and they were great from start to finish. Dr. Henne is very kind and was great during the exam. My son, being 14 years old, had a lot of trouble learning how to put the contacts in himself. We were struggling putting them in for a couple days after the appointment and we made another appointment to get some more help. We requested Keysha because she helped us the first time and she was amazing. After the followup appointment with Keysha, my son has been putting his contacts in by himself like a breeze! Keysha was so patient and so thorough with teaching him and giving him tips on how to put in his contacts. I could not be more thankful for all of her help. He has so much more confidence now and it's all thanks to her help making this happen!!! Thank you SO much for all of your help! I highly recommend Family Eye Care!

Such a very comfortable environment. My glasses are so comfortable. I can see better.
I brought a pair of frames in I love, but never used because I bought duplicated before. The new lenses were put in those. So perfect.
My daughter had her lenses put in her comfortable sun glass frame.
There are many franes there too!
Front desk people do do nice and inviting. Smiles always.
Personnel that help you choose frames and when you come to pick them up are so helpful and very experienced.
Such a wonderful place to be from the time you walk in till the end.
