The staff are exceptional and full of patience and empathy. My surgeries were stress-free and progressed as it was explained to me prior. I would especially like to recognize Kayla who always greeted me with a welcoming genuine smile, was knowledgeable and made me feel cared for.

Had a wonderful experience at Winter Haven Eye Specialists of Mid Florida, P.A. today. Nadine assisted with my husband and my glasses and sun glasses purchases, matching us up with the correct options that fit our needs. The visit exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to pick them up in 7 to 10 days. The visit was enjoyable and informative.

Sarah was absolutely wonderful! If it wasn't for her I would have given up on trying to purchase a new pair of Oakley sunglasses. When the first pair I chose could not be fitted to my pupil distance she ensures me that she could order me a pair that would and she did. I love them and Sarah has a beautiful easy going attitude and is super knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

My wife Jeanne has been seeing Dr Selina Lin, in Winter Haven, for three years. Her experience with her has always been pleasant. She is always comforting and caring and always made her feel she was doing the very best she could for her. She’s a great doctor.

Great Experience. I went to the ER for an eye emergency, they couldn't find anything. Next day I called Eye specialists in Davenport, and they went above and beyond to find someone who could see me right away. Dr O (O'day I think) agreed to see me at the Winter haven location that same day, and she was awesome. She found the issue and fixed it.

This 5 star review is for Ingrid. I have been a patient for years and have always had a different assistant. Ingrid was far and away the most pleasant, efficient Assistant I have ever encountered. I hope she is still there when I come for my next appt.

This was my and my family’s first visit to this practice and everyone was so attentive from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. Every process was explained in detail and each tech and the doctor took time to answer any questions we had. Sarah was very patient with us as we were picking out our glasses and explained the insurance coverage for each of us and worked hard to save our family money. I’m glad we decided to give this practice a chance.

I had been going to Eye Specialist of Mid. Florida nearer my home in Auburndale, but decided to go back to Eye Specialist in winterhaven, because
the service in Auburndale was not satisfying. Especially Optical assistant Phyllis McIntosh she's s not friendly, she's so lazy to discuss about the insurance, and lier. Over all my experience with her is not good, she got the wrong field. Phyllis is the reason i'm back to winterhaven branch, worth driving than dealing lier/worst Optical Assistant. Eye Specialist in winterhaven Dr. Attaway was thorough in his exam and pointed out some things with my eyes that had not been told me at the other place before. That exam changed my prescription which i'm very grateful for him caring his patients. I would like also to mention Hillary who assist me before Dr. Attaway. Hillary is very accommodating and friendly made me feel comfortable in my visit. Big shout out also to Nadine Wagner, the optical assistant. I was very pleased with the follow-on service from her, who fitted me with the perfect new glasses. I had never thought of paying over a thousand dollars for glasses but Nadine Wagner pointed out that my insurance was the best one. Highly recommend the Eye Specialist of Mid. Florida in Winterhaven. Great people, and great service. Everyone is amazing.

I broke the frame on my glasses last Tuesday. The lense fell onto the table and I needed a new frame ASAP. I went to Eye Specialists of mid Florida where I had ordered my lenses. Sarah found a frame that could receive my lenses quickly. They look great and feel better than the ones that broke! Great service. Thank you.

I have had multiple appointments at the Winter Haven location. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Dr. Lin is a fantastic doctor and always leaves me reassured. I couldn’t be happier with her as my doctor and the treatment I receive there.

I had a wonderful experience, doctor was
very nice and informative. The staff were very professional and speedy. The line to check in was out the door. Nadine was the technician who helped me with my choices of glasses. She was very down to earth, great personality very helpful . I definitely am recommending to my family and friends.

I recently had the best experience at Winter Haven Eye Clinic with Sarah who assisted me in choosing several new pairs of glasses. I mentioned that I no longer drive at night because of lights of other cars on the road and she explained that they had lenses that could help with this. She also found a warranty on my favorite pair with scratched lenses, so they were repaired at no cost. When I say that Sarah understands her assignment at the clinic; she really does. Thank you, Sarah! 👍🤓

Her easy-going personality, professional attitude, knowledge of products, sense of humor, attractive & beautiful smile, and especially her heart & soul, and her belief in treating all of her customers by following the Golden Rule; make her the optician I will request whenever I need optician services at Winter Haven Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida.

Had cataract removal on both eyes. Both days of operations went extremely well thanks to an excellent, professional, and caring staff and very competent doctors (Doctors Daniel and Damon Welch). Time spent in preparation included an explanation of what to expect, and what was going on in each step of the process. Questions were answered in understandable layman terms. Excellent experience.

Sarah was great! Very helpful. My daughter and wife went to get new glasses and Sarah took a bad situation and turned it into an amazing experience. Will go back.

Visiting from out of town. In a period of two weeks I managed to bend my frames to the point where one lens or the other wouldn’t stay in. Took them to Sarah both times and she did an amazing job of getting them fixed while I waited. Thank you again Sarah

Digna provided excellent care answering my husband's (George Wampole) questions thoroughly during his follow-up appointment after his cataract surgery. He was very pleased with her knowledge and customer service skills.

Carmen in the Contact Dept is genuine, personable, caring, proactive & knowledgeable. I recommend her gentle patience & direction when fitting & training patients for Contact wear. She also finds rebates & coupons for supplies & Contact purchases & actively assures your prescription is #1 Correct & #2 Fillled Correctly & according to your Needs & Preferences. We are switching ALL our Vision care to Eye Specialists of Mid Florida in Winter Haven.
