Chef’s Melissa and José both just made my day. I came in for lunch after work and when I got there, they were making fresh rice, fresh meat, everything. Not only was everything delicious they had so many options. Their combined friendly nature made my experience more than great. 10/10 recommend.

Took the family and friends to post game lunch outing here (party of 5). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Plus the food was delicious. Two of us tried the garlic parmesan shrimp quesadillas, that was amazing. We even had the "Love Chips" to share amongst us, another great choice.
Also something we found nice, was the fact that they were nice enough to serve us at our table. Definitely a place to go back to.

Hama and Jose were awesome! The food and the service was excellent. My kids really love it here to because there is something for everyone. We have been here a few times now and each time the service and the food is consistent. I definitely recommend eating in and enjoying a unique twist on Mexican cuisine.

I just finished my dinner and all I can say is wow. My quesadilla was phenomenal and the service from the employees was even better. I have never quite had a fast food experience like this so big thanks to Ethan, Hema, and Deep. Will definitely be going back soon!

I had yet to try bubbakoos as I would usually end up at Moes or Chipptle but I decided to finally give it a shot and they did not disappoint. First off I was greeted by Ethan who I felt went above and beyond to make my first experience at Bubbakoos a special one. Unsure of what to get I took Ethan’s recommendation of the taco trio with shredded chicken with corn pineapple and cheese with the sweet chili sauce. There are only a few moments in life where you wish you could relive your first bite over and over again and this was one of them. Ethan made sure to give me a fair portion of each ingredient just enough to be able to taste each individually while also feeling that perfect combination. I would suggest Bubbakoos Mahwah to anyone after this not only because of the delicious food but for the caring and dedicated staff at this establishment. It’s hard to find places especially in chains where you really feel the workers enjoy what they do and after my experience with Ethan Bubbakoos has made themselves a customer for life!

This restaurant is awesome,all the food is fresh, tasty, and looks great. They have excellent service. The place looks very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly.

I got nachos and for the sake of traveling I asked for two boxes. Two of the staff members Johnny and Omar were very kind, accommodating and friendly. My friends and I felt very comfortable inside. The restaurant and the bathroom were very clean.

The fried Oreos were soo good!!! My favorite dipping sauce was the caramel, make sure to try them.

So I usually share reviews with a picture, HOWEVER my food looked SO GOOD that taking a pic was THE FURTHEST THING from my mind! I just wanted, no NEEDED it in my belly!!! It was soo good!! I had the crispy chicken bacon sriracha ranch quesadilla, and first of all, that's a mouthful just to say lol but an even bigger mouthful to eat! *chef's kiss* My tummy was so happy after eating it! The staff there is amazing too! So friendly and inviting and very open to my corny jokes. They gave me a sample of their love chips, and I truly believe that whoever came up with the idea of that dish should get a Nobel Peace Prize! My ONLY qualm is that being that I'll be moving to Mahwah by the end of the month, my diet is about to take a HUGE hit 😂🥺 BUT the nice lady there made a good point, this place could be my cheat day reward! And i VERY MUCH like that idea!! I plan on trying EVERYTHING on the menu, AT LEAST once! My boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp burrito and even though I don't like steak, I liked that burrito! So if they can make me like something that I don't normally like, they're magicians in my book!

The staff were super nice to us. Jema and Jose were extremely helpful after I miss-ordered. They were very helpful and patient. And even helped us to a complementary dish.

THE best quesadillas, no contest. I usually get the grilled chicken quesadillas but all options are delicious. They have great bowls too. Everything has generous portions, and the prices are pretty fair.

This is the best bubakoos I’ve every been to!!!! Everyone is always so friendly and excited when we come in. I highly recommend. Ive never seen such a clean chain before either. Highly recommend for sone quick, clean, and delicious food and service.

Awesome food and service, on top of that a lady that works there gave us free love chips and we loved them. Cool people and relaxed atmosphere

Wow! Had a great lunch with the fam. Everything perfect. Omar did such an amazing job with getting everything right and putting in just what we wanted. Ordering was smooth and easy. Kids loved it!

The lady kept asking if I wanted to try her taco, otherwise it was really good.

I had a great experience here. Great portion sizes and great tasting food!

Ordered a Chiwawa and they give some hefty portions
Also the woman that made my food was really nice
