Love Tommy Bahama retail store in the Somerset Collection, Troy, MI. Sales personnel are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I was most recently assisted by Dan Cooper as well as (his co-worker? manager?) Chris. Very courteous, professional team.

Great selection, fantastic customer service, very well taken care of store... I could go on but you get the picture. If you're looking for something casual, something for vacation, or even some fun business ready clothes this is a perfect place to stop.

One example of their excellent customer service was when I recently purchased some Olukai shoes here for a summer wedding. When I opened them up I realized one of the stitches was unfortunately frayed. It wasn't noticeable from a normal distance so it didn't look bad but it wasn't built quite right. The worst part was that the wedding was the next day and they were out of my shoe size for replacement. They said it wouldn't be a problem for me to wear the shoes to the wedding the next day and exchange them for the new pair that was coming in a couple days. Truly a lifesaver!

Employees are always friendly and very helpful - I went in to store to find a shirt for my husband I had seen online - when I was in the store I couldn’t find what I was looking for so the gentleman helping me pulled up the website and all the mens shirts to help me - he found the one I was looking for in my husbands size. Always willing to gift box and bag and don’t look down on you like some stores if your redeeming loyalty coupon cards.

Tommy Bahama Customer Service is the best. In our world where customer service is an oxymoron, Tommy Bahama still comes through. I love their On Par IslandZone Shorts. They are super comfortable and come in plenty of different colors and inseam lengths.

From the moment I stepped into the store, the employees were so welcoming and helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. They made me feel so comfortable when I had to ask for a different size. They made my exchange for my husbands swimming trunks so easy. They were so kind, funny and warm. Will definitely be returning and hopefully will see the mangers Cody, Matt and Kris again!

My experience shopping at this store was so so nice. I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping, not really sure what to get my dad, and feeling a little stressed about the whole thing. The associates there that day were beyond helpful. They asked me questions about my dad, what kinds of things he likes, and just generally wanted to get a sense of what kinds of things would be good for him. From there, they guided me around the store, pulling options for me and listening to my input very patiently. And ultimately, helped me find the right gifts for him. He absolutely loves them. They took the stress right out of the Holiday season! Cody, Kris, and Matt, THANK YOU for all your help. I will definitely be back to shop this location again.

Some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had and much better than I remember from my trip to Tommy Bahama in Troy years ago. Very professional , knowledgeable about the products and the store manager Cody was compassionate about making sure our family found the perfect items that best matched what we were looking for! I would highly recommend the store to others and have been back on many occasions! ❤

The service in the Somerset store was awesome. The item I wanted was not in the store. The associate went out of her way to find it for me. Very much appreciated!

Had to exchange a Christmas gift for a smaller size. They did not have it in stock but ordered it for me and had it shipped for free to my home. Told me it could be 2 to 4 weeks and I received it just shy of 2 weeks. Amazing service.

I shop at this location all the time. It is always a great experience and is always clean! I have had Matt a couple of times helping me and he is awesome! I highly recommend this location to anyone! Great job to everyone!!
