I went to the Chanel boutique in NM. Linda demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of Chanel handbag and took the time to allow me to check the quality of the handbag, providing different hardware bags to see how they look like on me and valuable guidance throughout my shopping experience. Her exceptional assistance, professionalism, patience and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction were greatly appreciated. If you visit this Chanel boutique first time, have her serve you!

Came by for my first time and I'll need another trip to see the other floors. I was looking for a creed dealer that I could trust and they didn't disappoint. I believe they had 29 different bottles of creed so now it wasn't finding them but choosing that was the issue. My rep was patient and knowledgeable and let me sample many scents before I decided on one. Loved the selection and service I'll update review when I come back and go through the rest of the store.

Geraldine is an AMAZING sales associate. She is a great help to my sister, my mother and I whenever we are at the store. She makes sure to get us what we want and goes above and beyond for all her customers. Get her a raise she deserves it!!!

I came in to make a purchase, I am a Niche fragrance collector for over 23 years, I am ONLY giving this review 4 stars because of the help I received from Zoe and another young lady, however… the other staff doesn’t greet you, they look you up and down as if you can’t afford to purchase something there, they whisper in front of guests which is rude and distasteful, I wanted to look at the Bond. 9 collection but they were congregating at the counter for well over an hour.

I had to ask my saleswoman to have them move so I can go over there, once I was over there it was like they were baffled I asked them to move the energy was off and I really didn’t get the experience that I wanted, one of the ladies, she whispered to my saleswoman, this was so unprofessional and she was helping me, the other staff did not greet me not one associate , except one in the group and I felt like that was forced, ….

Zoe made my shopping experience great, she tailored to my needs, she made me feel acknowledged and valued as a customer, she wanted to make sure I was satisfied and well taken care of, she didn’t make me feel rushed or deprived of a great customer service experience, soon as I entered the store she was Johnny on the spot, thanks Zoe for giving me a great experience !

I enjoyed Christmas shopping today with our two grandchildren. We received outstanding service by our new personal shopper, Larry Maloff. He has worked at NM for 30 years and he loves his job. He treated us to champagne while we shopped on the 3rd floor for Mackenzie-Childs furniture. He, too, is a collector and shares our passion for this unique art. We had lunch at the NM café and it was delicious. They have a small but wonderful menu including a good kid's menu.

In terms of service, all the workers at the fragrance department were very nice. Also the quantity of fragrances was great, you can find a lot of niche fragrances here.

The price is definitely worth the quality, the unique styles, and the friendly service. And when they have a sale, it's amazing

Always a great place to shop. Their staff in any department is usually very knowledgeable about their sections products and are not afraid to send you to another store if they don’t have exactly what you need, which I greatly appreciate as a consumer. My family and I always shop with Walter in men’s shoes/clothes, Geraldine in women’s shoes, and Phyllis in jewelry just to name a few great people.

I love this NM location. Incredible end of season sales always, with a good mix of mid to high end pieces. Helpful sales associates who explain the policies (such as when items are final sale and clearly stamp it on your receipt in red so there are no surprises). Great array of items from shoes to beauty and recently secondhand items via a partnership with Fashionphile.

Incredible customer service and great selection of high end brands. Easy going, down to earth staff is eagar to help make you make a selection with no pressure to buy. The atmosphere and ambiance are on par with expectations. I will definitely be back

I visited the Neiman Marcus branch at Somerset Mall in Troy Michigan and had an exceptional service from Loretta who got me everything I asked for and gift wrapped beautifully a present
What’s more she listened to what I wanted and made excellent suggestions
