Went for the lunch buffet, great selection on buffet, everything was fresh, staff was very friendly and professional.

This 5 star review is for the service waitress Kenya provided for me today! Kenya is running the whole place and deserves a giant waste. I’ll hire her tomorrow for $20 an Hour. She’s an amazing human being. I feel terrible because I was so overwhelmed by her grace that I didn’t tip her. I will definitely be stopping in a lot more often and tipping her a huge tip because she works so hard and always has a smile.

Came back here after a 2yr break, seems they have turned over the old staff that gave this place a 1 star. What a breath of fresh air to have people that are attentive, competent, and polite. To top it off our order was right and made well! Good Job Pizza Hut!

I went to Pizza Hut in Carthage NC on 12/13/2022 . My mother-in-law and my wife were with me. We had the lunch buffet. The salad bar and the pizza bar were clean and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed our visit and will return.

Was good pizza, fresh and ready when I arrived. No complaints, just quality pizza and service.

I go every other saturday morning. It's always clean and neat. The head manager is super sweet. The tall guy with dreads is also very kind. Pizza always taste good. And it's also clean!

Was in Carthage this past Saturday decided to stop in the grab some carry out & not sure if the guy who took our order was a manager or what but he was friendly , efficient very courteous & just made me wanna come back & fine in. Defubetly okay to come in for dinner one night !!

Big selection of pizzas to choose from. Went at lunch time and had excellent service. Our server was great, super friendly! Salad bar was also fresh with a lot of options!

We ordered the buffet which included breadsticks, salad, pizza's, and cinnamon stix everyone of them was great all the food was hot and fresh. The waitress was polite and our glasses were never empty.

Food was great and service at the window wad pleasant. Only had to wait 5 minutes for my order to finish and was offered a free drink while I waited.

Pan pizza is the best. Excellent lunch buffet and prices are excellent. Employees are so friendly!!! Great people and service. Worth the trip.
