After and before pics. Josh Ellis and his staff did an excellent job on repairing my car. The before pics don't even display how bad it was. Besides the beautiful body work, they detailed it for me the day I picked it up and Josh provided the most personable customer service I could ever ask for. After the work was done, they drove it next door to the Hyundai service dept per my request to have the oil changed and tires rotated. They also offered to assist me in getting my rental car returned. Ellis Paint and Body could not get a higher recommendation than what I am, and will, give them. Not only did I have the ultimate experience, I gained a dependable, personable, helpful, astute businessman/acquaintance to add to my contacts. Thanks, Josh and Staff!

I am way overdue in writing this review. Last November, I had a minor accident with my RAM 3500 truck. It wasn’t a fender-bender, but it did bend the heck out of my front bumper. I am a full-time RVer and that truck is my only transportation and my means for moving our RV (a fifth wheel). I happened to be a mile or so from this body shop, which I randomly picked from a Google Map), so I headed there directly after the accident. It was late on a Friday afternoon.

Rather than being blown off, as I somewhat expected might happen that late in the day at the end of the week, the owner and the receptionist welcomed me, asked me if I would mind waiting a bit, and then stayed beyond the normal closing time to see what could be done about my situation. The owner searched online for a replacement bumper and actually found one, but it was too late to arrange for it. They promised to pick back up first thing Monday and squeeze me in on Tuesday to do the work, as long as they could get the bumper in time. The truck was driveable, so I returned to my campsite. I was a bit worried about the timing; I normally move to my next campground on Wednesday.

Come Monday morning, we discovered that the bumper had been sold and we were unable to find a replacement. Undeterred, the owner of the shop invited me to bring the truck by later that day. When I did so, they took the truck in and took me to a Starbucks up the road so I could use the WiFi and get some work done. A couple of hours later, one of their technicians came to get me and bring me back to the shop to retrieve the truck.

They had done an amazing job of pulling the bumper back into place and rendering the truck driveable. The damaged bumper was not in pristine condition, but you really had to look directly at it to notice the damage. And they charged me a fraction of what I expected to pay for the last-minute work. I was able to get on the road as scheduled. I have actually been traveling with that bumper for the last seven months with no incident. I am just now getting it replaced (now that I am back in my “home grounds”) and remembered I had not written this review.

This is one of the most customer-focused businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They didn’t just do the minimum and charge the maximum; they did the maximum possible and charged a VERY reasonable price for the work. If you are looking for a body shop you can trust in the Meridian, MS area, I cannot recommend them enough.

I am very nervous when repairing my vehicle, aftermarket parts, reliable mechanics, especially with a 2019 German vehicle. Josh and his staff were the most professional at every point. They're there to work and they're there for the customer. Hands down some of the BEST customer service I've ever and will ever see in Meridian!

I don’t normally write a review but I had to let everyone know how Josh Ellis and his team at Ellis Paint and Body took care of me and my BMW. I was horrified when a deer hit the front end of the passenger side of my SUV. I reached out to BMW of Meridian to see who I can get to fix my SUV and they recommended Ellis Paint and Body. So, I contacted the shop to see if they could fix my vehicle and they said yes.

I can honestly say that Josh and his team were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They made me feel at ease about the situation and ensured me that my vehicle was going to look exactly like it did before the accident.

By just talking to Josh, you can tell that he really cares about the customer and the work he performs on your vehicle. He and his team did an awesome job in repairing my vehicle and I will use them again. With that said, I highly recommend them for any automobile paint and body repair.

Josh Ellis at Ellis Paint and Body made my entire experience after my accident effortless on my part! His shop came highly recommended to me so I didn’t hesitate to notify my insurance carrier, USAA, to take my car to his shop. I was shocked when he called to tell me it was ready so quickly and even more pleased with his willingness to accommodate me in picking it up at my convenience. He even did a complete detailed cleaning! My car looks brand new again! His shop made my unfortunate accident less of a burden on me and I greatly appreciate them!

I took my car to Ellis Paint and Body after someone hit it in a parking lot. Josh made me feel at ease the minute I talked to him. I knew he would take good care of my car. He is a perfectionist, and it shows. Not only did he and his team do an excellent job, but they even finished it earlier than expected. My car went to Ellis Paint and Body Shop about a month ago. My audi had several deep scratches down one side from a piece of heavy tarp that hit my car on the road. Josh and his staff did an excellent job in making my new car look new again. Josh explained how the repair would be done and the time involved. They communicated the work as the process went along. They matched the metallic paint perfectly and I cannot tell that anything ever happened!! I am very pleased with the finished result!! I highly recommend Ellis Paint and Body.

Ellis Paint and Body does a fantastic job! I am so thankful to have them in Meridian. Josh and his team are so professional, so helpful, and so kind. I would absolutely recommend Josh at Ellis Paint & Body with five stars plus. My brand new BMW was hit from the side and I was devastated. I was so distraught and Josh reassured me that he would make my car “show room ready“ again! Well, he did just that and more. Not only did he make my car look perfect again but he and his crew were very cordial and always pleasant to deal with. He answered any and all of my questions and responded immediately at all times. His shop is very clean and well run.
I highly recommend this man and his shop for any of your auto body, paint and detail needs.

I had a deer hit my driver side back door and cave the door in fairly bad. A good friend of mine sent me to see Josh. From the moment I showed up, Josh picked up on how picky I was and he knew I wanted it to be back perfect. He said just trust me and let me handle it, I’ll take care of you. He did just that. I also needed my truck finished and back to me quickly. Not only did he finish on time, he delivered it to me over an hour outside of Meridian. I highly recommend Josh and his team. I will not use anyone else.
