Looking at the negative reviews, I had the opposite experience. Office staff were professional, friendly. Every appointment I had I was seen in a timely manner. When I moved from around the testing unit, I was advised to watch that I didn’t trip over the table feet and this happened each time I visited by different staff. They slowed their pace as they led to the exam rooms, every visit was the same. Very respectful and caring. My doctor is Dr Schemmer and I liked him immediately! He was friendly and explained everything in detail. My cataract surgery was the easiest thing! I can see so well now and I’m grateful for this practice!

The personal and the doctor treat me with respect. When I feel bad with my eyes an I request an appointment more fast, they try to do the best. All my family visit Advanced at Winter Haven office. Recommended 100%

I see all of the negative reviews about Advanced Eyecare Associates, but my experience has been exactly the opposite, it's been absolutely amazing. I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Breunig, a world class eye surgeon. I had cataracts in both eyes, and have worn glasses since I was 4 years old, over 66 years. He examined my eyes and set the first date to fix my right eye. The results were amazing. My vision is crystal clear. He just fixed my left eye and the result is just as good as the other eye. I bought my first pair on nonprescription sun glasses and I am elated. Other than my marriage, the birth of my girls, and the birth of my grandchildren, being able to see without glasses is literally a bucket list moment for me. His staff is attentive and my wait times are usually only 10 to 15 minutes at most. The clinic follow up is terrific as well. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Breunig and Advanced Eyecare Associates to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Breunig for giving me perfect vision.

I came with my mother who is almost 90 the technician who assisted us was excellent extremely kind and patient. I am sorry I didn't get her name .She did all the work and really deserves all the credit

I had Dr. Alexei L. Moraczewski fit me in last minute regarding the increased ocular pressure I’ve had. I was referred by Dr. Berger from Center for Retina and Macular Disease. Both Doctors are wonderful. Dr. Moraczewski seen me fairly fast, within the same week and treated me with laser iridotomy or LPI, in the office. Took about 15 minutes for the laser treatment, give or take. He explained everything in detail and also provided visual aid. He’s very realistic and honest about the treatment in case we may have to redo it in the future or other treatments, but hopefully not. Anyways, done with the procedure and just waiting for my pressure to be rechecked to ensure all is well. Great Doctor, great experience considering the circumstances. Highly recommend him! Hopefully he doesn’t retire too soon or move offices lol

Just to add on, I’ve had no issues with parking or the bathrooms, even my husband didn’t complain which he’s usually the one to make commentary about either. As far appointments, I’ve had no issues with scheduling and I was referred from another Dr for my second visit. Still no issues with that. And the staff for me are more than kind and professional.

Dr Fisher done a great job removing my cataract on my right eye. Will have him do my left when it needs it.

Updated review: They have fixed their phone systems; while you're on hold, you now get updates on where you are in the queue (you are caller #6) and an estimated wait time until your call is answered. The wait time was off by a few minutes, but it's definitely better than not getting through at all.

Dr. Silbiger and staff have been great, but their phone service needs MAJOR improvement. I had a question about my husband's prescription and called several times between 3pm and 4:30pm on a Friday. I kept getting a recording saying the office was closed and to call back during normal business hours, but the recording also stated that they close at 5pm.

I haven't had any issues with appointments, but it is impossible to get anybody on the phone.

Our doc of 20+ years merged with this company. We love Dr Kline. However, Parking is extremely limited, the bathroom was very dirty and needs a deep clean. We miss the personalized service we received at his small office, but understand why he merged. For the amount of patients this office sees, they can certainly take care of maintaining the restrooms!

My 1st appointment was 3 hours of waiting to see the doctor for 10 minutes. My 2nd visit 2 weeks later was 4 1/2 hours! They told me that they get lots of emergency appointments and its best to take a morning appointment instead of afternoons. went this A.M. for my (final) follow-up. walked in to a fully crowded waiting room with 40 or so people there. After 1 1/2 hours i could see where this was headed and left. They are overbooking their appointments. I'm looking for another practice that isnt so greedy.

this place is EXTREMELY disrespectful. The woman here judged me the second i walked in! they asked me if i was sure i could afford my payments! they even asked if my husband was legally here!!!! i couldn’t believe it. i even asked if thats actually what she said! i do not trust these people. i am extremely disappointed in the environment here. PLEASE! DO! NOT! GO! HERE!

The gatekeeper here is obnoxious and irritating. Tiffany! She would not allow my husband to speak and repeated the same thing to him over and over. He has something in his eye. It's an emergency but she did not care. She was rude and disrespectful. I've heard from others that this is NOT the place to go! I know we will never go there again.

I will give one star minus. This place is the worse place on earth, they lied to me and my insurance, they did nothing to me and refused to give my money back what a scam

Had my first visit here today with Doctor Klein.
I won't be coming back.
First, they questioned (several times) if I was having any kind of issues or pain. When I responded, "No, I just wanted to have a regular eye exam." I can sense they would rather be attending a more complex ($$) case.
When the doctor was performing the exam, at some point, I was in discomfort, so I raised my hand to let him know, to what he said: " Oh, no, don't grab ny arm". I WAS NOT GRABBING, NOR INTENDED TO GRAB. I felt embarrassed, as this was in front of the technician. I replied to him, "I would never touch him or grab him."

For God's sake, I am an adult over 50, and that is not my character,

I am not paying a doctor for him to make me feel embarrassed in front of people nor reprimend me as if I were his child.

There are definitely better doctors to go to.
