I had a great experience with Emma who helped me choose the best frame for my look and eye comfort. She is young but oh so mature, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Mike, the Office Manager, has also helped me with a scheduling challenge and was on top of it. Last but not least , Dr. Cabatana is amazing. She diagnosed my eyes and explained what was going on with my vision and immediately referred me to 2 excellent specialists. Thank you all!

I was attended by "Emma" at my Eye doctor, Haines City. I am very pleased with her CS in ordering and receiving my eyeglasses. Emma is polite and professional and efficient. The manager was kind. The rest of the staff involved were very helpful in assisting in getting my eyeglasses done right and delivered to me in a timely and satisfactory manner. The Eye doctor is knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend. Excellent!

Emma was sooooo wonderful!! I was about ready to give up on this location because of a rescheduling issue I had with the front desk but Emma changed my mind!! She helped me pick out my glasses by what goes best with my face. I usually have such a hard time with that part. Especially since I come alone. She even informed me on all the options and upgrades. That's important to me because some I've never known about and they'd be of great benefit to me. Most don't take the time to help you like she did and I really appreciate her for doing that with me. She even understood my cost limits and helped me make informed decisions on what would be best for my needs. She was so friendly and sweet through it all. Thank you Emma!!! You definitely made a difference!! I'll be coming back here!!!

Emma was very nice and attentive. She helped me pick the best accordingly to my needs. Also, Dr Cabatana explained every detail and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall, everybody from beginning to end was very nice, I surely recommend MyEyeDr in Haines City.

Francisco was truly awesome and very informative about my selection on my eyewear! He was very patient and reassuring explaining the details on my new glasses! He even went on to explain how my eyes react to the light and the glares at night! He was very patient with me didn’t rush as he was personable!

Dr Middleton was very nice and the most informative eye doctor I’ve had in a long time. Emma is AMAZING! I went there day previous to cut down on time picking frames day of appointment and she was patient, helpful, and kind. I ended up changing the ones I selected to ones she suggested. I didn’t mind spending the extra bc I absolutely LOVE them on me! And their prices for lenses are so much more affordable than what I’m used to in Seminole County. Can’t wait to pick them up!!

Thanks to Michael for fixing my glasses I've had since 2017 lol. I only wear them at night but they are old and I know I need a new pair soon. But in the meantime this should hold me over. Thanks again!!!

Incredible customer service. Dr. Mittelstaedt, Emma, Francisco, & Micheal were absolutely the BEST. And I Can’t forget Mr. ROBIN who has fixed my glasses twice now! I will be coming here for all future appointments because they were everything and a bag of chips lol :)

Had a most pleasant and efficient experience with Emma. She helped me decide on frames and also on what type of lenses to get without pushing the more expensive choice. We were done in a jiffy and with a smile. It was “ all good.”

Francisco is absolutely the best. Always friendly and respectful. Goes far and beyond the call of duty. He knows his job very well. He should be given a pay raise for the job performance he gives.

Always have a good experience, good service from front desk very friendly to Stephanie who took care of me at the beginning,to the doctor who explained what's happening to my eyes, made me feel much better, to Emma who helped me with choosing new frames and lenses, she's alot of fun to talk to, my husband enjoys talking to her. Had the best experience at myEYEdr yesterday.
The eye exam was very efficient and detailed. The assistant was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She was very polite and friendly. The Dr(Jacob Mittelstaedt) was great! Made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I left feeling very confident that the exam was complete! Emma helped me find the best glasses and add on’s.
