I can understand it's easier if everyone has the box number on it but this old town has some unique things about postal service. Lots of times the internet will not accept the po box and I have to use my physical address and now they're too lazy to put it in correct box. Just returned a package that they wouldnt deliver to po box. I need the charger. Seems like they're getting lazier. Could you just deliver to my house please? Jen, I know it's not you. Thank you. If I could never use usps again I wouldn't. Incompetence.

The incompetence surrounding this small town post office is laughable. The staff is curt to the point of being rude and it seems as though they are constantly scrambling to sort through incoming mail, especially packages. If I could leave less than 1 star, I certainly would. Avoid dealing with staff if at all possible.

We need real postal service around here that actually delivers mail. The hours are horrible for people with jobs. I’ve had packages there for weeks because guess what?? I can’t ever make it there in time!
This does not work.
