I was a first time visitor. Check in was easy. Office front Staff friendly and efficient.Doctor informative and thorough. Did not rush made time for questions and listened. Fitting for my frames Kia fantastic personality so pleasant made the entire visit a 10/10. Definitely would recommend and return for my vision needs.

The service there was excellent, The staff was very professional, Courteous, And helpful. And if I may added some very beautiful ladies. I would and have recommended this optometrist to my friends.

I was in need of exam and new glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that they were right on time calling me back and even a little early. They seem to be busy but I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Very clean and well kept store and exam rooms. I plan to go again when the need arises.

My daughter was so nervous to go to her appointment. She was traumatized by an eye doctor 2 years ago and has not wanted to go get new glasses. When we walked in the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly she was a little relaxed. When we got in with the doctor she was amazing she made my daughter feel so comfortable explained everything to her as why she was experiencing what she was with her vision. I couldn't have been more happy knowing that my daughter was at ease and not scared to tell us what was going on. When it came time to pick out her classes the young lady that was helping us iwas just as amazing as the doctor. Thank you to all the staff that made her experience so great My family has a definitely found a new optometrist.

Wallis Family Eyecare Optometry was stellar to be helped by. From the moment I entered the facility, was greeted with smiles, knowledge and help for my visit. From the receptionist, to the nurse to the Doctor, they were wonderful! I definitely would recommend them if you need an Optometry office that will thoroughly take care of your concerns.

Very little wait time and everyone was extremely curtious and pleasant. The doctor explained my situation and gave me options to better my eyes and eye sight. I would recommend this optometrist highly but it did take 6 weeks to get my appointment, overall very satisfied.
