This place is so cool. I never thought there is such a place, like an urgent care especially for your eyes. So I love this place! I called at 3, got there at 330, had my diagnostic test around 4, and had my treatment around 5. I love how fast the service was, how helpful and courteous everyone are, from the one who got my call up to the doctor who did my eye treatment. My doctor’s name is Dr. Vadrevu. Thanks Retina Institute for helping me relieve my eye discomfort! Continue the great service and teamwork!

I was so impressed with the staff and Dr. Scotti I miss read my appt. date and showed up two days early. They offered to see me if I could be patient. Worked perfectly! Never felt rushed! I will let all my contacts know how great my experience was. Thanks again

This was my first visit to Acuity. The front desk staff was very friendly as well as Dr. McGraw's assistant. Not a long wait at all. Dr. McGraw is very nice and he explained everything that was going on very thoroughly. Nothing serious. I highly recommend this practice. The whole experience from the time I walked in until the time I left was excellent!

Good and friendly staff here. Dr. Alasil is great he sees my dad every few weeks, and performed cataract surgery on his left eye, so now my dads vision has very much improved. Waiting time is a little long here but I do recommend their service.

My family and I have seen Dr. Rose for 15 years. He and his stuff take great care of our health. (When I was in college, no insurance and income, they gave me big discount. ) we just can't thank enough to Dr. Rose and his office. In short, best caring and service. Lowest prices. I highly recommend Dr. Rose to every one who needs care for eyes!

Doctor Gollogy is very cool. She's knowledgeable & takes time with you. All of the ladies are great and caring. I would definitely recommend this place. Get your eyes checked out people...they are important.

I've been seeing Dr Scotti for over a decade he has helped save my vision and my life. My visit Friday was very nice especially the apart about potentially decreasing my ocular pressure permanently. The new office staff and physician are very nice I'm going back next Friday. I recommend Dr Scotti and his staff to anybody and I always do, thanks Chris French

I had an eye injury and they were able to fit me in. I had never been there before.
Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I was quite pleased with everyone there from the front desk to the nurses, techs, and the wonderful Doctor who took the time explain everything and to answer all of my questions.

Acuity Eye Group is one of the best facilities I have experienced since I started to have to wear glasses some 30+ years ago. The staff is very professional, the Dr.'s very competent and my eye exams were the most thorough of any I took before. I feel very confident that I am in good hands at Acuity Eye Group.

As always, every contact when I meet with your staff in your office or in the O.R,, every one is wonderful, professional and just plain nice. would it be.possible to have my left eye done at Grossmont Hospital? I an not comfortable 😭 with Paradise Hospital. Too many bad things happened to me there. Thanks.

Efficiency has improved exponentially since my visit last year. The staff is not only friendly they’re proficient in their respective position’s knowledge.

The EMR (electronic medical records) system may have had some quirks when in the change process, however, now, I am impressed that the information need not be reiterated with each incoming staff member Because the initial interviewer has well documented all the medical history so the entire office shares. It was a delightful change. In my first visits maybe three years ago, it would not be unusual to wait over THREE HOURS!! Today’s appointment was 0745 i was screened and found my insurance requires no co-pay (when a few years ago i was told an incorrect amount and incorrect services allowed) i was In the chair by 8:00 and even with dilation of my pupils was home before 8:50. Very impressive. Thank You

I've seen Dr. Bardes twice. She is the nicest and most thorough physician I've encountered in a long time. Although she is a distance from where I live, I don't mind the travel because of her performance. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. She makes you feel comfortable, answers any questions you might have, and most importantly you're not put in a room and left for 30-40 minutes. Great job Dr. Bardes. You're the best.

My son seen Dr. Bei today, she was very nice and explained things to us so that we understood my done condition. The staff was also just a nice and pleasant to interact with.
