I will do a follow-up review after I actually go and be seen, but for right now I have to say I was so impressed by the young lady, “Harmony” who scheduled my doctor’s appointment. She was so pleasant and calm helping me. Courtesy in customer service is very important to me, because I tend to get excited sometimes and Harmony was a great help. Thank you and like I said I will do an update with this business. Thank you and God bless you all!

Angela , She was a great very patient and very kind. It can be hectic in this place but let ur visit greeted with such kindness makes a difference in a hectic situation.

Angela provided excellent care today. We were greeted with a smile. She gave an overview of what was going to be done during today's visit. She was thorough and efficient while she gathered information and measurements.

I was worried because of all the bad reviews but I have to say I was so impressed. The place was very clean, everyone professional. Sara was very helpful and the receptionists could not have been nicer. Don't hesitate to give them a chance.

It was my first time here and it didn’t disappoint. Rhondine was super helpful and accommodating when scheduling my appointment. Wendy really knows her stuff, she was super helpful when it came to picking out my glasses and very knowledgeable in contacts. It’s my first time using contacts and she’s made every step so easy, making sure to follow up on how they are fitting and always available to help with anything I need from any questions I have to ordering them!

I appreciate their level of patient care and the waiting room is spacious with a bathroom for both genders. . Only thing is the seats arent comfy and they really take their sweat time

You are lucky to have Wendy, dress, carry herself very professional. I have owned numerous businesses I wish there were more of her to hire. After eye exam they said you have 2 minutes until they close, she had 3 people waiting and went the extra mile. I got home about 7 and she made me feel that she really cared. Pay her more

Angela was very kind the entire visit. She fully explained everything she was going to do and made sure I understood. Very professional and greatly appreciated.

Cheryl was very nice, she explained to me what each exam was for, was very helpful and patient, she made me feel at ease and gave me the information that I needed.

First time I have a good experience at this place. The lady at check out by the name of Ana was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She was very kind and the ONLY reason I would consider going back. All the other girls are rude and get angry when you ask multiple questions.
