Chipotle Mexican Grill

Poor Manager was running the whole place alone! That’s so sad but he was amazing! Explained he was alone and in a world like this we just waited and gave him some grace. Nobody wants to work anymore! Thank you for your hard work!!! We see you!!!

I know there's a lot of negative reviews, but we had a good experience. Went in at 8PM. The people on the line were pleasant and gave us reasonable portions. The food tasted very good too. Only constructive feedback is the chips were a little stale, but otherwise a great chipotle run.

Anthony (one of the workers there) is so polite and respectful and fast. Cleared the line with a smile on him the whole time. Really appreciate seeing great service like this and I’ll be coming back to this chipotle as my go to now.

One of the few places open until 11 PM in the area! I went there around 10:30 at night and the staff was so nice and helpful. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was amazing!

I love Chipotle, It's one of my most favorite places.

the grinch is in town…someone STOLE our mobile order today. all good though the chipotle workers remade it (and also somehow included extra things? so that’s a win?) anyways we eat here pretty frequently, and usually our orders are messed up in some way, but honestly 5/5 stars the food is always good no matter what.

The new marinated chicken is pretty good! My chicken bowl was on par for a usual visit to Chipotle. I've learned you always get a decent bowl if you go to the store and stand in line to order it. They always screw ya on the takeout and delivery orders, even if you pay extra to get double meat, you won't get even a normal serving of meat or a normal serving of any of the ingredients for that matter. This New Albany location is poorly managed and often out of several main ingredients. This most recent visit they were out of rice (both kinds) that should never happen in my opinion since rice is the main base for burritos and bowls. They were also out of chips and a couple other items

They want to much money for the little rice and meat you get and then have to pay for extra

I had an awesome experience here yesterday. Not only was the food portioned exactly how I wanted it, but Brian went above and beyond to make sure that nothing I had cross contaminated. As a vegan, I appreciated it a ton since most places just give you their usual "way of doing things". Thanks Brian!

This place was swamped, handling customers from online orders unhappy due to wait times. The crew did a fantastic job handling all issues. And I got my online order done well and the team said thank you for being patient. Top notch night crew!

So good, and fresh food each time. The staff is courteous and prompt. They are trained well in customer service, and portions are always perfect. We have homestly never have had any negative issues. Chipotle is a regular family favorite.

Just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a chipotle even though it was short and to the point. Don greeted me kindly asking how my day was going. When I answered that it wasn’t the best Don made it his goal to not only provide me my food in a casual yet quick manner, but he surpassed expectations. Don sacrificed his employee meal and said, “let me try to make your day better” and gave me his employee meal. Don made me realize that it does not take much to make a positive difference in someone’s day. Thank you again Don for the meal, it certainly has made my day better! We should all be a little more like Don!

I'm basing my rating based on other, similar still Mexican "fast food" restaurants we frequent and others in this chain.
First, their food tasted better + perhaps fresher than others. No real reason why this seemed the case but both my wife and I felt that way.
Second:. It was not nearly as loud as most other Chipotle restaurants. Their music was not turned up as loud and as a result people were not "shouting" to make themselves heard.
Frankly, we rarely eat inside then any more, preferring to eat on the patio our in our car over the noise and confusion.
Anyway, this one was noticably calmer inside.

Yes there are lines every great place has them! Parking can be tough at times unless you just park in the back.... food is always cooked well and prepared fast! I get awesome portions, and they all have a smile on their faces and are happy to help. This is the only Chipotle I will go to. Thanks guys and gals!

This location is pretty good. It is slow and packed with people sometimes but most of the times you can get in and out pretty quickly. It really is a hit or a miss depending on who is working at the time so service could change time to time.

I had great service and the food was awesome! My 3 friends and I all had rice bowls with different variations, they all got double meat and one was even happy to see they served Modelo after he had a long day at work.

Our family frequently goes here after Sunday church. Food is good with healthy choices, restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. A special nod to Jordan. She is so nice, personable, and makes us feel so welcome!

Staff was very nice and fast. Best location I have been to in a long time.
