Extra Space Storage

I have had to use storage units in many cities in my travels and they have all been business as usual where nothing really stood out, but I must say that this facility impressed me with its quality of service and the way that the staff especially a man named Craig who ran the operation at extra storage space my questions were answered intelligently and his attention to detail and professional assistance was greatly appreciated. I felt at ease with my things being handled. I recommend this facility for your needs and I recommend you ask for Craig, you will be very happy you did.

I had a great experience, customer service employee was Craig he was friendly, very professional,knowledgeable and all around did a great job answering my questions and assisting me. The storage area and front area is clean and well kept. I would recommend t Extra space storage to my family and friends for their storage needs and recommend Craig to them for help or any questions they would have.

Just another storage facility. But what gives this one 5 stars is honestly the customer service you get. The store manager Craig is amazing very friendly and understanding he can turn your worst day into your best day before walking out the door would highly recommend

Neil at the Flanders, NJ location was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, communicated the process, and addressed my questions and concerns with clear responses. He was willing to spend the time to make sure I was in full understanding and satisfied with setting up my unit. Neil is definitely the man to work with when coming to this facility. Was super friendly and extremely honest. I won a storage locker but could not fit the whole load. He went out of his way to tell me a promo they were having and saved me lots of money. Awesome guy!

As far as the manager(Neil?) is concerned, he’s very professional and helpful. However the company itself is more like a predatory landlord that jacks up your rent once lured you in after a few months of cheap rent.

My two years renting at this location was great. If there were any issues, they were attentive and resolved them. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they have a heart. The former manager Mike was tremendous. The new manager Edwin didn’t miss a beat in replacing Mike. He was very helpful in addressing and issues and/or concerns in a timely fashion. Great location!
