Take 5 Oil Change

The staff is pleasant and thorough. They explained everything and answered all my questions. The prices are pretty high but that is not the staff’s problem. Just get a coupon and if you are a senior citizen do not expect a discount. I will say I am happy to see they give the military a break!

The best place to take your car for an oil change in VR! The staff has great service and makes sure that you’re greeted as soon as you get there. I even had another employee make sure that I had been greeted and greeted me himself as well. One of the managers on duty made sure that he got me the best deal possible for everything I needed done and his kindness and demeanor made my day.

I had Michael helping me when I just came in to get an oil change. He was very informative of other issues my truck had and offered ways to fix it along with giving me prices for everything. He was really kind, and informative without being pushy and overall he's very good at his job. I would definitely be back and I recommend for fast, friendly customer service!

The guys were great! They kept me informed, we had great conversation in the short time I was there and they even informed that my headlight was out and what I would need to get. Great manager and great team.

Excellent service! I was there over 1 hrs. Due to my debit card being denied. The staff there was so thoughtful and kind while I was trying to get the bank to " unlock" the card. Turned out I would have to go to bank to get a new one. A friend had hers and it wasn't denied. You get 10 stars for a great crew that put up this old lady and kept me from having a complete melt down. Thanks to all of you!!

The guys were great, very friendly, and they even gave me a car care tip to help me get better gas milage. I really appreciated that. They also got me out fast. Very nice experience, I recommend

Went well glad to get in and out especially for a Saturday. They were all cordial that always makes me feel like I will be back again. Wishing there was a senior discount probably not on a weekend but through the week

I have never in my life experience great customer service like that ..I worked at Car Dealership for 15 years and Take 5 put our customer service to shame ..From this day foward I will give Take 5 all my business ..I recommend everyone if you want great service in a timely matter GO TO TAKE 5!!

The basic oil change was a little pricey but they made sure everything on my car was good to go before I left, the nice gentleman showed me the dip stick after doing the oil change to insure me that they actually put the right amount in..
( ive had issues with other places shorting me on oil after i paid for 7 quartz)..The staff was really nice the whole time and took the time to explain things to me if I didn't know/understand something that they were doing 😊

All good and all fast. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee.
Plus they have one of the best Veteran's discount in town. (Go Air Force)

Those guys were on it! They discussed appropriate usage to me bc I had added too much oil to the car. They took the time.. all 3 of them! I was so impressed! My experience was amazing!

Highly Satisfied, and wasn’t taken advantage of as a woman. The workers were very knowledgeable. They even offered me something to drink, while I wait. Quick and Speedy.

The difference between Take 5 in Villa Rica and Douglasville is truly night and day. I waited almost an hour in line at Douglasville and still had two vehicles ahead of me and left but villa Rica had my oil changed and ready to go in 20 minutes with very little wait.

Definitely went above and beyond!!!! My battery died and the guy called his brother to jump my car and gave me recommendations on what to do next!!!!! @Villa Rica Ga location

I always have a great service experience. The cost is a little pricy, but the staff is professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. The shop is super clean.

They did an awesome job explained why i needed an air filter and showed me where my oil level was at after getting an oil change. Ya’ll should take 5 :)
