It's always a wonderful experience going to Chickfila with my family. They never mess up my food, they're always super polite and the food is delicious.

The size and temperature of the chicken was perfect!
All of the veggies in my salads were super fresh!
People very attentive!

This has always been one of the most reliable places in Villa Rica to get food! The food quality has always been a chefs kiss, and the service is VERY quick and efficient! The workers are also always nice, no matter how busy it is. The atmosphere is typically great with great decor, but due to the proximity to the school and Highway, it can be very busy and slightly messy at times. This is always a great choice for anyone to choose and I would recommend!

As usual, always a pleasure! My husband bought tickets for the daddy-daughter date but my daughter was not feeling well. My husband was able to go in and pick up their order along with the special treat bags with the coupons and goodies.

We love Chick-fil-A. The food is always hot, fresh, and served quickly with a smile. This trip was no different. My nuggets were great as always. This place does it right every time.

Awesome place. I definitely recommend going here they have amazing service and are very nice. The only thing I would change about this location is that they need to make the drive thru longer. The issue is that when the line gets too long it ends up in the road and causes traffic on both sides because you can’t turn onto the road because of the line other than that this is great place to eat at, I’ve never been to a chick-fil-A that had bad service and that got my order wrong. They are very consistent with there food always tastes fresh and taste amazing!

Brian Russell knows how to run a store amd a great customer service oriented crew. Best chickfila I have ever been too. Fresh, fast food with a smile you will not see almost anywhere else today. What customer service Used to be!

It has been a minute since I last came to this location
These are the perfect mini's I have ever had. The bread is not torn and the chicken is not falling out.

I called at 6:45 am to order a tray of chicken min for my daughter's school this morning. The young lady that answered the phone was so courteous, kind, and polite while taking my order.. she asked what time I would need the order ready, and I stated that I would need it as soon as possible. So she put 715 on my ticket ,which was great for me, Upon arriving to the location I was greeted by the wonderful staff with great customer service, My order was ready and fresh, I stated that I forgot to order myself something for breakfast so they allow me to add to my order and everything was fresh and tasteful. This allowed me enough time to sit at the location and enjoy my breakfast and a wonderful cup of coffee. Thanks to the staff at this location.

, FYI, my kids love Chick-fil-A but as for me, I will pay just to experience the great customer service.

I almost always go through drive thru. I love the regular chicken sandwich, the chicken nuggets, I don't know of anyone that doesn't like the chicken minis, and the salads(well just the spicy one.). But for some unknown reason the spicy chicken sandwich always messes my tummy up. It's weird because I can have it on the salad with no problem. Oh and it's not spicy to me anymore. Just wanted to say all of that.

I typically always have a great experience at Chik Fil A no matter which location I go to. The line always looks daunting because it is usually wrapped around the building, but the system they have worked out gets you moving quicker than any other fast food chain. I would definitely recommend trying the mango passion fruit tea lemonade before the promotion ends.

Fresh! Smiles! Fast! Great location lunch break tight! Hit them up they'll get you back to work full,satisfied and on time ... Highly recommend this location... Even got my extra condiments correct.. keep up the good work y'all.

Best fast food place ever. Very quick service. Staff is knowledgeable and there are many of them. Food is good, hot, and order is correct. The only thing that could make it better would be if they sold hamburgers. It would be the best hamburgers on the market. Chick-fil-A, your a model for what fast food should be.

I have been going to Chick-fi-la for many years and have been to many locations. I understand that mistakes happen and all locations have made it right when I have brought them up. Especially on my deliveries. This location has been the main location I go to because most of the time they are on point with all that they try to provide. Thank you to all that work here that strive to be the best!

Love chick fil a. This location always has fast service and friendly staff. The owner is a really awesome guy who cares for the customers just as much as employees. Always well kept. Very efficient drive thru, trying to get you thru as fast as possible...even when someone breaks out of line and jumps ahead of rest, they have a system to make sure you get your order. Employees are always willing to help, just have to ask and they are on it, and even sometimes they don't even have to be asked!!

My grandmother and I had the best experience here. We walked up and they opened the door for us, everyone was smiling, our order was put in quickly and everything was brought out to us fresh and fast. We will be coming back!!

I always stop at this location when traveling from Atlanta to Alabama and every time I have had a positive experience. Always friendly and fast with my orders. I appreciate your workers! Thank you!

Was very busy but love their sandwiches and their honey roasted BBQ sauce.

I absolutely love this chic-fil-a. I’m a breastfeeding mom and my baby has a lot of food allergies that affect her through the things I eat, so I always have to make a lot of modifications with any food I order. I always order the market salad with a lot of removals and add ons and they are always able to accommodate my needs. I can say this is the one in few chic-fil-a’s to do this for me …and the only other fast food places to do it. Other places I go says they can’t change anything to my salads as they are already premade. I truly thank who’s ever in charge of making the salads lol it’s always done in perfection and they are always super nice about it. Thank you all!
