Banana Republic Factory Store

The store stupidly has no seating for guys to sit comfortably while their partner shops.. only seating is a hard wooden bench with a great view of a metal clothing hanging rack

I had a great experience at this location. I was looking for some outfits for a anniversary trip with my husband. An associate named Tyler was so helpful. He put together some outfits that were amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and neat with friendly staff. Didn't see any killer deals, but as always, YMMV.

We visited the outlets while on vacation because I forgot some important luggage. I am not a fan of shopping,
however, while at Banana Republic we were helped by Nathan. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. He also helped us order the items I liked in other colors to be shipped directly home. I cannot thank Nathan enough for making what could've been a stressful day, much smoother.

Came in here with my husband to find some work pants for him and we were welcomed by a gentleman who stayed and talked with us for awhile about us visiting from Atlanta and he used to live near there. It was nice not being pushed for a sale or anything like that. He was building a relationship with customers and helping us! We couldn’t find my husbands size in pants and he helped him find exactly what kind of pants he needed and ordered them online for us to have shipped to our house! He made our experience a 100/10! Wish we lived down here so we could come back specifically to him to help us out again!
