We had a great buying experience here- particularly because Sean O’Connor assisted us in selecting and setting up new phones. It had been a while since we upgraded and he did a fantastic job of explaining options and generally helping us make good decisions. He has also been there for us after the sale to answer questions and get things done which is especially appreciated these days!

Just had a wonderful experience with Jess & Merie. They saved me money with their knowledge of the different plans. Ask for them - they are a pleasure & will take great care.

Larry & Doug were the best! Larry was the main gentleman that helped my grandmother and I. Larry was very knowledgeable for only working for Verizon for two months. He helped us with all our problems and answered all our questions. Larry was also personable with us. As for Doug, he was a very nice gentleman and just got to talking to him. He was a very personable man. The Okatie store is convenient for me and I’ll continue to go. I’ll also recommend it to my friends & family. Continue the great work! :)

I went to the Okatie Verizon to add a line. Mercedes greeted me, answered my questions about various items, assisted with my purchase, but what made a difference was how focused Mercedes was on really problem solving for me. Here is someone who you can count on to spearhead problems and yet passionate about explaining complex things in simple terms for a wide range of audience. Just want to take the time to say Thank You Mercedes!

Wonderful experience with Shaki!!! My parents had not updated their phones in years and were worried about new technology. Shaki put them at ease and made them feel comfortable and answered all questions! She’s a delight.

My husband lost his phone yesterday and we looked everywhere for it, including going through the trash bag at a restaurant where we had lunch. I went to Verizon for advice since I did not know how to use the find my phone app. I was so lucky to have Sean O'Connor help me and within a few minutes he showed me how locate the phone, which laughingly was in my car in their parking lot! It was lodged between the seat and floor and we could not see it on previous searches. We have been very fortunate to have Sean help us with our phones on previous visits. Very patient and great personality!

Carolyn was very helpful and patient. She helped me set up my Netflix account and my My Verizon app. We were able to save some money off the monthly bill after upgrading my plan !

I had a problem with my Apple Watch which I had purchased through Verizon. Keylana Moss helped me through a process that took over 4.5 hours to resolve. She was gracious, friendly and determined to make sure everything was resolved . She was wonderful !!! Would not go to anyone else if I have something to buy. They are all great to deal with in the store.

Mr. John Barnwell provided OUTSTANDING technical service to my wife and me, on 6/18/2024, regarding our two smartphones. A true gentleman exceeded our expectations to resolve all our phone issues.

Went into Verizon today and was greeted right away by Devin Burgstiner. He addressed all of my concerns and helped me with acquiring an new phone. Devin made my overall experience great, the customer service he provided was excellent. Thanks Devin for all of your help.

Gus was so easy to talk to and helpful with the replacement of my phone, he made sure the transaction and transfer of my data, account and pictures was easy and seamless. Highly recommended for your phone needs!

My experience with Verizon goes a long ways. I wish I had a met Sean before I bought my phone. I wish I could have gotten my phone from Sean cuz he's amazing. His outstanding customer service is priceless. My own experience has been excellent! I went in and saw Gina Rodgers to help me with some malware issues. I saw Mr. Aliaga a few days prior to help me with this and he arrogantly and quickly said there is nothing to do but pay my phone off which would cost $600 and buy a new phone! That was something I could not afford to do nor was an acceptable answer to me. Gina Rodgers saved me time, stress AND money by fixing my phone in 10 minutes or less! She was understanding, kind, professional and returned my faith in Verizon. Gina gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was having issues setting up my auto pay and came into the store in okatie and Sean as very helpful with setting it up through the app. Thank you appreciate the help.

Carolyn was able to undo an unfortunate duplication of services set up through Verizon, close out one phone and number, and consolidate everything to one phone. I could not be more relieved andcsat8sfied with her skill, persistence, and integrity. She restored my faith in Verizon! Thank you!

I took my damaged phone to Verizon in Okatie, SC today. Mercedes took care of my quickly. She was very helpful. She explained everything clearly and made an appointment to have my new phone delivered tonight. It was an excellent experience.

Sean was fabulous. He was not only friendly but very informative and ended up saving us a lot of money.
