The guys were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! I’m the GM at LA Fitness directly next door. My truck wouldn’t start after work 3 days ago, so I asked for their assistance, considering they are right next door. They helped me get it started, even after they were closing for the day! Came back the next day to order the battery I needed for my truck! The battery arrived the very next day and they installed it first thing in the morning, along with filling my tires with the necessary air and did a complimentary inspection of my truck! Very fast, efficient, affordable and clean work! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks Steve and staff for your service! 🫡

My experience was great. Only question/concern was a shop fee in addition to the labor fee, and 90 DAYS WHEEL BALANCE UNDER 16 = $45.62 with my tire purchase. Which I wouldn't have agreed to but notice after reviewing the bill later. Quality of service and professionalism was top great.

The staff was amazing they did a great job at explaining what repairs I needed and why. They also did a lot of work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. David Shawn and Brad have awesome customer service plan on bringing all my vehicles here

Staff was friendly and informative. After tires were ordered I made an appt and had tires and alignment done same day. Quick service and courteous. Job well done.

The Pep Boy team in Glassboro has always been quick to help me. On my last visit, (I did not have and appointment), I was told it would be at least an hour and a half wait - and that is just to begin to look at my car. One hour later, the care was looked at, serviced, and ready to go. That is why I keep coming back.

I scheduled an oil change with a simple 30 second phone call. When I dropped my car off, the auto technician said that he was waiting on a filter and wanted to know if I would like to reschedule, which I did. My oil change was still done in <45 minutes, that same day! Way to hustle Pep Boys!

The staff was great. They kept me inform of what was going on in a timely manner. They also helped with processing my payment from my Fortiva card that I applied for through Pep Boys. The payment was not going through and they called Fortiva and got it working for me.

The staff was not only helpful, but also very professional. They did a great job on my brakes and in a timely manner. I would recommend Pep Boys to anyone.

Amazing experience. I’ve always had terrible experiences with auto shops and I decided to go to Pep Boys.They started on my car after 5 mins of dropping it off and answered all of my questions. Steve was also amazing and made the process so smooth.

Shawn and Staff were great to me !! Serviced my car within reasonable time frame - had 4 tires put on, all around brakes & rotors and front alignment in the same day. Stop going to Pep Boys in Pa. due to service problems but this one seams Great !!!👍🏻
