We used this Jimmy John's to cater a business event and they did a fantastic job! The gentleman came in, set everything up very nicely and required nothing but the room location to do so. Ordering was a breeze with Sam, too! We will be using you guys again in the future! Great job!

There is a manager named: Matthew Danford. My original order was through Door Dash and this man called me to let me know there wasn't a driver available (he explained but I forgot...), anyway, he told me he would still make the sandwich and he'd bring it to me when he got off. I couldn't have him going out of his way. I told him I'd come get it. Because of this, I tipped him $10 because he called me from his cellphone and was willing to bring it to me. I tip because I'm a Dasher too. Thank you, Matthew.

Great bar with excellent service. The beer choice is second to none, and the burgers are brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend the Elvis burger if you're a fan of peanut butter!

We both had the Beach Club Sandwich and found it fresh and delicious. The workers at the location were sweet, and having a good time working together. They have 3 sizes 8in 16in and gargantuan.

I've eaten here late night 3 times after concerts. The service is good. The country club on wheat is excellent. They have the only jalapeño kettle chips I will eat. Very good stuff.

I had a big order of box-lunches for a group lunch at 11:00am. Knowing they open at 10:00am I was worried, but the crew here had my order fresh and ready to go right at 10:00. Thank you for the great efficient service.

Ordered online. Came into the store during lunch time and only waited a few minutes. I love this location. The owners should be very proud of the whole team. The Airport Rd location is TRASH, unless the owners are present. This location, across from the courthouse, go above and beyond expectations every time. Thanks for the great service and great food.

Loved everything about it. Food was good and fresh service was prompt and polite even the music was child friendly. I would recommend it to everyone.

One of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch or early diner. Cheap, fast, fresh, and good. They train their employees well, or at least hire kind people. I know its a chain, but it feels at home on the courthouse square.

One of the only places downtown Huntsville after hours where you can get food with your kids in a non-bar atmosphere.. Great sandwiches, and the service is top.notch. ALSO we were just leaving downtown for the night and on the way to our car we saw a lady step off the curb and fall and break her ankle. My husband ran back to Jimmy John's and explained that someone was hurt and needed ice and the guy behind the counter quickly gave him a huge bag of ice, no questions asked. So great. Thank you guys!!!

Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich shop. They are fast and consistent every time. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is very friendly. Parking is very tight as this is a downtown city location, so plan to park and walk to it most likely.

They have the best hamburgers. I had The Popeye and have been dreaming of another one ever since. Service is great and the owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The food is good and fast. Not always perfect, but that is the price of fast. I eat there regularly. The only downside is going there during nonpeak hours, once late in the day 7pm+ and another was during a holiday - both times the food was off (stale bread, non fresh ingredients). Great for lunch.

Last nite we went to the Christmas parade and I put in an order online however when I walked in I realized I only put 1 order in not 2. They were extremely busy and the owner and wife could not have been more accommodating and as busy as they were helped me correct my order and took care of me with the upmost of kindness. The food was good however I wish t hey would heat the sandwiches up. Thank you Jimmy Johns for taking care me with kindness and understanding!!!! Btw... this establishment for as busy as they were was clean!!!

Best tasting food after a few drinks - one of the best things downtown Huntsville has every done. Brought this addition to the square! And if you are staying or work nearby.. they can have your sandwich to you in a matter of 15 minutes. Magical!

I was impressed with the efficiency and good management at this location during the Fourth of July weekend. An elderly man man wearing a veteran’s hat came in to purchase a lemonade. The manager thanked him for his service and waved the cost of the drink.

These staffers have MEGA patience with the crowds they put up with! Food was excellent and it was very clean inside. 10 stars for their kindness!

A wonderful place to stumble into for a late night sandwich downtown on a friday night. Just don't walk directly into the glass as I've seen someone do.

The app offers curbside delivery, but they don't actually have that option. Other than that, the food and service were great.
