Chick-fil-A

I stopped by this location tonight. On my way back up to Nashville and it was refreshingly good. I have had a slew of horrible fast food in Huntsville, cold food, old food, stale food that should have been thrown away. Yet the food I had here was hot almost too hot, which was a wonderful change from eating food made yesterday so thank you for making a very good satisfying meal!

As with every Chick-fil-A the customer service is excellent. The drive-thru/parking lot conditions could be better; its really tight due to lot location. Every time I go through I send up a little prayer that my car doesn't get dinged up on the way in/out. Rear dual axle vehicles need not attempt entry.

This Chik-fil-a is always busy, but they get you through fairly quickly. The only frustrating thing about this location is getting in and out. Sometimes, people will cut through the line. I don't know if they do it because they are confused or just impatient.

Great service, and great food. Can't get any better then that.
Had Anotger great experience with my order. And that chocolate chip cookie is off the chain....

Always professional and nice. The girl that waited on us in the drive thru was especially sweet😊

We tend to stop in here for lunch whenever we are working commercial properties in the area. No problem in parking the truck and trailer accross the street in the gravel lot and walking on over!

Very crowded parking lot. Chick-fil-A should choose better locations. They always choose the smallest locations. You can see where someone hit the fence trying to get in or out. Maybe they fo it on purpose so it looks like they are busy all the time but really they just have a small parking lot and drive through at one of the busiest parts on town. Sometimes you can't even get in for the long lines. It's dangerous. They should change locations to a bigger spot. Macdonald's is always busy but it's not dangerous because they choose large parking lots.

Logistically amazing and the food is always good! The atmosphere is a parking lot so no score. The clerks working the line are always great

Chick-fil-A on Governors Drive is a great location, and the staff were very friendly. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was fast.

I had a good experience at Chick-Fil-A as always.

Ordered a peach milkshake and a large diet lemonaid. Perfect for the July 4th heat!

Only complaint that I have and it isn't their fault, the line is always long. But that just tells you how good of a job they do.

At 2:45 in the afternoon, my food was hot and delicious. The service was very nice and pleasant. There was no wait time. It was great and I will be definitely coming back.

Drive-thru & pick-up location only. I ordered thru the app, parked & walked up to the pick-up window. Received my food in less than 2 minutes. Line wrapped around the building but cars were moving. Please note: this is not a dine-in location: drive-thru or pick-up only. There's seating outside if you wish to eat there but none inside (I saw a family trying to dine-in).

So so sooooo good. Staff is awesome and ready to accomplish anything we need as customers ! Love it

This is a busy location, but not so much tonight. Line moved fast, for was hot and fresh. I was pleased. The last four or five times I've ordered chick- fil-a the food wasn't fresh, minis hard, broken apart. So I was satisfied with the food and service at this location. Thanks

Great service. The drive through is a bit of a merry go round and I had to know what I wanted because they came up to the car and took the order. I guess having the app on your phone would help in ordering from a menu. The line went fast and the food delivered to my car. Great outside seating area with order windows you can walk up to, menu above the window. Handy since this location is in the medical district. I don't know how well this will go come winter. Will be hard on the employees in the hottest summers and colder winters.

Always fast service here. Even if the line is wrapped around the building I am always surprised at how quickly they get people through and never skimp on quality!
