This Arby's is so wonderful to visit. The person taking the orders is so friendly and makes you feel like you matter to her and Arby's.

It's fast food but good fast food. It's my go to place in that area when I need a bite to eat.

My girl in the drive thru should get a raise! It's always cool and very pleasant to hear her, see her in the drive thru. Food is always great here!

We went through the drive thru tonight. The lady that takes and manages the orders was the best. It was late, everyone was tired and hungry; and she was caring, friendly and efficient. Customer service matters, and she made a positive impact in our night. Thank you!

Vermonica is the sweetest! Customer service in this day and age is struggling, so when you get someone that provides it with a smile on their face that's kind and efficient, it is so appreciated! Give that woman a raise, she deserves it!!

Came for the Gyros and was greeted like family. Very pleasant experience. The Gyros and the crispy buffalo chicken wrap were delicious.

Miss Marcia is one of the best fast food employees I have come across in a very long time! She was knowledgeable, sweet, optimistic, and kind. Thank you for hiring such an amazing employee because excellent service with great food taste a whole lot better! I spoke with the manager Sophia about my experience and she was also an amazing person. I’m very glad to have met these amazing souls.

The turkey sandwich was fantastic and had a coupon for free onion rings. What a lunch I also had an avocado in my pocket which made the sandwich really really good

I went to Arby’s today on my lunch break and the lady that works the window is always so kind and could even make the sun shine brighter The food is always amazing but she definitely makes the experience awesome. I wish all places had someone like her!

I went to this location yesterday, Nov 10th 2022, and didn’t get the mozzarella sticks with my order. I didn’t notice it until I got home. I called and spoke to a very polite gentleman. He said to come back anytime and get them. He apologized for the mistake.
So I went back today, Nov 11th 2022 and told the person at the drive thru the issue. She told me that they were also giving me any meal I wanted for free for my inconvenience. I thought that was so very nice of them. They have my business from now on for sure. Being polite and respectful to people who work in the service industry goes a long way. After all, we all make mistakes. It’s the way we handle them that makes all the difference. So much ugliness in the world theses days. And I just wanted to recognize the manager and employees at this location for being so polite and professional.

The best Arby's I've been in by FAR! Super friendly employees, a welcoming atmosphere, very clean, and service with no issues!! The cashier completely made my day right as we came through the door!!!
We ordered the $12 family pack special. All the food was prepared well and it was ready very quick! Their mozzarella sticks are SO good!! 10/10 would recommend

We have started going to this location more since its close to where we live and are really happy with the staff here they go all out to make sure your order is right and are very friendly you can't go wrong with a good selection of sandwiches there is something for everyone and we really like the loaded curly fries there are enough for 2 people to split. This location has some age on it but they try to keep things as clean as possible and listen to any problems that customers have. Keep up the good work.

UPDATE REVIEW: 8-7-23 Super nice interactions with the employees at the order counter. Ms. Bea was very friendly, professional and courteous. This visit was very enjoyable and the food was spot on. Restrooms were clean, but they sure could use a serious deep cleaning. Non the less I have seen much worse. Thank you to all who made it happen.

UPDATED REVIEW: Still 5 Stars, but... FYI, I stopped back in on 5/31/2021 as I was in the area and ordered the same as the original review (2 Gyro special). Service was good and fairly timely. The only exception today was I decided to try one of the Gyros with the "spicy" option... my advice, DON'T DO IT!!! All that happens is that they slather it with hot sauce. Period nothing else. I was expecting it to be a different meat with spicy seasoning and such, what a let down! Although I love spicy food, I was let down... Life goes on, just be aware. BTW still only take service is available. Your results may vary. Enjoy

WOW! Should be rated as a 5++++ location. I was floored when I saw the sandwiches (Gyros)!! Fully packed and over flowing with tasty delights. I was kind of bummed that it is only take out (drive thru), but that's a Corporate I guess decision? Anyway the order process was fast and so was the delivery. Found a nice shade tree behind the building and was in bliss!!! Very good meal, well presented, nice service, excellent customer service skills (please, thank you, etc...). In case the manager reads this my order ID was AAAV6.J5AAGBE at 12:12:59 hours. Very pleased.

Last time I went to an Arby’s was 8 years ago so I asked the boy who took my order at the drive thru a few questions about the menu. He didn’t sound annoyed and he didn’t rush me. He was friendly and helped me with my order. The girl who took my payment and gave me my food was also friendly and had a friendly face. The food was hot. I was definitely impressed with their customer service since a lot of places around here lack in that.

Food was great, everything was in my bag.

Super clean spot! I work in Pest Control and I saw no problems! Great staff and friendly service! I WILL VISIT AGAIN! A plus is that they have the only roast beef and cheddar sammich that doesn't cost $10+
