While I've had issues with this place before, tonight was uncannily good. The service was fast and the food actually looked like the pictures. Whoever was working tonight (7/25), please keep them there.

You have got to try the new steak grilled cheese burrito. Omg it's to die for. It is so delicious. I need to get it all the time. But I get it either the combo or the box. So much food for so little price. It's awesome. You've got to go there.

The food at this Taco Bell is always fresh and tasty. They also provide excellent customer service.

Pretty impressed. Came in this evening, the manager said they were short handed. Still got food fast, good quality, and the store is very clean to be so short staffed. That's good managment.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is always hot, fresh. I can count on this place to get it right.

why would anyone bother giving anything less than a 5 star rating? you know what your getting yourself into when you go to taco bell. it is great for what it is and you get what you get lol. BUT at this particular taco bell, the service is always great. These people are really nice and helpful. I've never been disappointed. The only complaint I've ever had is their soda machine always seems like there's something wrong with it. The soda comes out too sweet. Like sickly sweet.

Very surprised by the low reviews at this location. I find that most places have just negative reviews, I disagree with this place. Very kind service and the food was perfect .
The area was a lil underdeveloped but I didn't go there for the view.

I stopped at the Whitesburg Dr location tonight, and a lady named April was working drive thru. Typically, at 11pm, most places aren't very chipper to take your order, lol, but she understood the assignment!! She was very nice and had a genuine smile on her face. She needs a raise bc that kind of service isn't something you can buy. BURGER KING, give this lady a raise, please. Oh, also, the food was on point. My taco was perfectly prepared, and my Cinnabons were on POINT!!!

The cashier at the window is very sweet and nice food is always hot and fresh I love this location . Never has had a problem with my food at this location clean environment also . Bathroom is never dirty the whole morning shift team and lunch is always excellent ‼

It is a taco bell and I love most of the taco bells and their employees. I have sometimes pretty much lived on the bean burrito (no onions, no cheese).

I absolutely love Taco Bell! Their food is so fresh and delicious and it always satisfies my craving. The burritos are always packed with flavor and salsas that add an awesome kick. Their prices are always super affordable and their staff is always friendly and helpful. Taco Bell has been my go-to when I'm looking to indulge and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious and easy meal!

I used to hate having to come to this Taco Bell. I don’t know what they did but in the last few weeks they have done a 180. My food is always on point. It’s hot, it’s fresh, the order is correct and MAN ALIVE they are FAST.

I literally could not ask for more from this location. Making my Taco Bell dreams come true. ❤

Today the Burger King across the street was closed so this taco bell was busier than normal, but the order was still fast and service friendly.

We went to this location today and although we had to wait a little longer on our food, the lady was very polite and explained how they were short-staffed. Our order was correct and the food was good. I like this Taco Bell location (the morning crew anyway).

Nacho fries are my favorite. The service is always fast and touch free. I like that my bags are sealed for safety which I appreciate. Also the person that takes my order had a soothing voice and very pleasant! I'll be back soon.

This is now the only Taco Bell I go to in town.

Very nice after the renovation employees very pleasant and helpful and made sure orders were correct and didn't have to wait long. Very glad to see this location back open again this one is very close to us. We definitely will return the atmosphere was very relaxing and nice after some serious family issues. Please keep up the good work.
