Panera Bread

We had a late lunch before heading to the Final Rodeo at the Farm Show. I had a Gift Certificate and to start I was impressed that lunch for 2 was around $22.00. We had the Avocado Bacon Melt and cup of Autumn Squash cream soup. Both delicious but if I were to choose, I loved the soup.
We were given an electronic device to get our food at a window when the device buzzed but because they were not very busy, someone brought it at our table. Thank you!
I noticed most tables were designed to accommodate a wheelchair at the table.
The restaurant was clean, including clean bathroom. An overall good experience!

This location in Harrisburg is very clean and inviting with a choice of comfortable seating areas. The workers there were very friendly and helpful. My morning bagel and coffee were so so delicious!!

This is the most pleasant Panera I’ve ever been. Everything is nice and clean, fresh design. Great food + experience!

My second time eating at this location. I’m an airline pilot, and I frequent Panera Bread across the US. This Panera is quite and clean. The service was quick and good. I’ve had an enjoyable lunch.

I visited this location for two days in a row with my daughter and Aiden the young man at the reception was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I just want to share our utmost appreciation. Thank you Aiden! way to go.

The food was delicious. I had the Green Goddess Caprese, which is one of my favorites. It was very well made - absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Baja Bowl to-go for a friend, which of course I tasted. It was really good also. I will probably order it for myself next time.

The newer team is doing amazing. The new manager seems very fun and friendly and you can see the team enjoy working here. Food is good and fast and the restaurant is pretty clean too. One of our fav quick bites or sandwich places. Love the turkey bravo and tried the green goddess but added chicken and it was perfect.

Our family had the BEST experience grabbing food to go this past Sunday morning- all thanks to the incredible service from Julia at the service window. She was extremely kind and served us with the biggest smile on her face. Her enthusiasm was just what we needed to kick start our day! Thank you, Julia! This location is lucky to have you!

Best Panera we've been to. Great food, even better service. I didn't catch his name but i believe the assistant manager, (cool haircut, beautiful eyelashes) lol was absolutely fantastic. Hand delivered our food and made sure to check on us multiple times. All of the staff was excellent especially the man who took our order and the other who delivered our food on 5/6/2023 around 1:00PM

I had an issue with product availability of a souffle several times. Patience offered to help me with this item. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you Patience!

The food was great, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. There were not many customers so we got the food rather quickly. Tried ordering for the first time on the screen but was a bit confusing. One of the friendly young ladies came over and helped.

Earlier this week I had a really sweet young girl named Patience and I came in and her name was so fitting! She was very patient and explained the menu to me as I have vision problems! I came in yesterday and she remembered exactly what I ordered! It’s the little things!

Bryn was the person who helped me. She was outstanding!! I didn’t want to use the kiosk to order so when I asked she cheerfully told me she could help me, with a great smile. Not only did she take my order but she asked what color mug I wanted for my coffee, and told me all the colors. I had questions for her and she was patient and kind. It’s sometimes rare to find a younger person that gives great service so I was pleasantly surprised!! This is Panera at HighPoint Shopping Center in Harrisburg PA.

Clean, easy to place my order, and relaxed. The Panera experience at it's best. Made killing 2 hours waiting for a store to open far easier than sitting outside on a cold wet bench.

Loved it! We went to the drive thru and ordered the BBQ chicken & beef and white cheddar sandwiches and the French Onion and Creamy Tomato soups, everything was delicious! And the girl that took our order was super friendly and kudos to whoever prepared our sandwiches. Panera Bread is a little bit pricey compared to other fast food take out but it is worth it

Food is of great quality, ambiance was low. Love their turkey chili and now flatbread pizzas with extra cheese. I wish the had larger iced smoothies, they're small. A must visit.

Food was good! Staff were polite, and the restaurant was clean. I was amazed at the cleanliness after the lunch rush came through. Impressive.

I travel the US and frequent panera everywhere I go. this is one of the best I’ve seen. Very clean and the food here is better than most every other spot even though they’re making the same things.

i love this location employees are very friendly and always get my coffee just right ! i feel bad for said employees since some customers like to complain over long wait times but it’s panera bread not fast food we’re talking about!! keep in mind these employees have worked through a pandemic and continue providing us with great attitude and top notch customer service
