KFC

All I can say is the new Chizza was delicious. The chicken was crispy and juicy with marinara sauce, cheese and pepperoni. The portion sizes are very generous. That's a home run, good job.

Alexis the manager is terrific had a problem with my order brought it to her attention and as beautiful as she is she's just as helpful took care of me got me the things that I needed and I was on my way thank you Alexis

One of the cleanest and well run KFC's I have ever been to. It is always great to see a fast food restaurant exceed the norm when it comes to how well it is run. Kudos!

Chicken was fresh and very juicy. The clerk behind the counter was very nice and cordial. Vero Beach needs to take some lessons!

The star of this KFC is Tameka, not sure if she is the manager or not but she should be. She is able to resolve any customer concerns with grace while providing excellent customer service. This KFC is maintained clean and all the staff are friendly. Thanks Tameka.

My wife and I are from North Carolina and we're here visiting family. Late Saturday night we decided to stop by KFC for a quick bite. Little did we know that it seemed like the whole town decided to do the same thing. The drive through was slammed as was the dining room. As I stood in line to order, I saw an efficient team working in sync to get the numerous orders out. Impressive enough at such a late hour. However, their real compliment comes from a family who was not satisfied with their meal. Angry and upset, they demanded to see the manager. As soon as the manager came out, their voices elevated and fingers were pointing.
But...this manager stayed calm, cool and collected. She was able to defuse the situation and make it right. And, She didn't stop there. She then brought a few members of her staff out as she approached each table (including mine) to insure their evening was good and that we we're enjoying our meal. The clerks refilled drinks and were so genuine, I felt like we were in a upscale restaurant.
In short...I have never been treated so well at a fast food restaurant. I was so impressed I asked for everyone's name. So thank you...Justin, Morgan, Tamiya, Amber, Terresa and Alexis. You are what customer service is all about.

The counter employee was one of the most enjoyable I've had the experience to come across. I would mention her by name, but I can't be positive I'm recalling it correctly. The food was fast, fresh, and delicious! There are also Taco Bell menu items available here!

We have not eaten here in years because the service was always really awful before.
We heard they were doing better and decided to chance it tonight. It is a complete flip. Everything was excellent and the workers were amazing. I really hope they keep these employees.

It was early for lunch when we got there. Not busy at all. This location also has a Taco Bell which is what we got. The person who waited on us was super friendly and helped me decide to try a new item. It's been 3 weeks since that visit so now I don't remember what it was called..but I know it was crunch wrap type thing which was good. I also got my old standby nachos bel grande my favorite..was very good!

Devonte and Angel made our experience not only fulfilling but pleasant. Took care of our order quickly and efficiently all while entertaining the kids. They made made it a pleasurable family experience. We salute KFC for the efforts they have made to improve the all around experience.

The pot pie was delicious! Perfect comfort food in January!

I went to this location with a coupon they made a mistake on my order I let them know and they promptly fixed my order even the drive through gal who was very busy stoped to help . a great and friendly staff . fresh hot and delicious KFC well done . thank you.

Went here for dinner last night...and I was expecting the chicken to taste horrible but I was pleasantly surprised ....the chicken..coleslaw....mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit...were delicious. And the cookie was great 2!

service was fast food has improved so much new management makes a huge difference i will be back finally they fixed the issues

Food was good, Michelle at the drive thru didn't rush me when taking order.

Great service, they are really working hard with not a lot of people. The spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic!
