Follow up: after having a 10X20 storage space with them for 3 years now, my only complaint is that the price keeps going up. We started out at $99 a month, and it is now $181! That is too high for a loyal customer, in my opinion.

Carla was very polite and personable. She flew me through the process and explained what I needed to know. The location is pretty convenient, too, being just off I-65. Highly recommend.

If you need a storage room IStorage in Deere Rd in Priceville, AL is the place to go. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. And I love the fact that the storage buildings are inside a fenced in area with a coded gate. Very secure and safe place.

If I had known how easy renting a safe place to store furniture, I would have done it years ago! Reserving the space I needed on line was simple and I got an email reminder of the move-in day. We arrived with a loaded trailer, chose the exact spot we wanted, did a little paperwork and it was all done! Kim was super efficient and friendly as she showed us the facility, explained how things work, and breezed through the paperwork. My house is now decompressed and that makes me happy.

Before I came the iStore I looked around at other storage facilities, I like the location and their price OF istorage, I was extremely impressed with I store and the cleanliness of the facility, the facilitator Carla was extremely helpful and pleasant in my pursuit of a storage unit. Rita runs this place like she owns it! Professional, punctual and kind-hearted is the best way to describe the Manager of the iStorage Priceville facility. From day one, Rita has greeted me by name each and every time I've accessed my unit. She routinely circles the facilities on her golf-cart keeping the place clean and attractive. Rita is a credit to her profession and the person who has made this solution my finest storage experience.
