Starbucks

This is a cool Starbucks locator at historic town Keller, I could not get in the door on my visit yesterday without being greeted by a friendly barista bearing a tray of samples.
The order was a ham and cheese croissant.
Today I'm having coffee blonde roast and another ham and cheese croissant to go.
On my visit today coffee is perfect, not all Starbucks are equal at this, I've had to just throw out $4.00 coffees before.
The management at this location must be on top of they're game my coffee does not taste bracesh it's smooth and not too strong which is a issue with other locations I've visited.

Newly remodeled Starbucks coffee shop. I had the Pistachio Latte, wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but they told me they'll make me something else if I didn't like it. It turned out good, so no worries.

Excellent product/service based on the geographic location. Coffe with a great view!

Drive through was fast and simple. I ordered through the app and they had my drink ready and waiting.

People are SO sweet! I love going in there, not only for the coffee, but also for the service! ❤

So the gang here at this location are just the best! They actually had to call Brooke on her day off to get the recipe for me because she made me something special and I couldn’t remember what it was.

Sometimes their drive through is a bit slow, but I honestly only go during peak hours, so I don't think it should count against the employees. In general I love every starbucks location, they always have clean tables and cute tumblers stocked!

Our barista was so happy. She answered some questions about new menu items. She gave suggestions. We left with drinks that were perfectly made. It wasn't overly crowded. The lighting was good. There wasn't loud music playing. There was plenty of fresh food in the bakery case. We will definitely be back

Fisher and the team were wonderful! My husband and I went for an evening coffee date and the staff took great care of us while we sat and drank our coffees. This is, by far, our favorite Starbucks to have our coffee dates at!

Coffee freaks know if you drink a karamel maciatto venti and a chocolate crossiant you want it every day but it's expensive to do daily don't judge me

Locked myself out of my car in the parking lot, Melinda and Patrick went above and beyond to help me, all while taking care of all the customers. Such good vibes here. Definitely my #1 Starbucks location now.

I Mainly go to this location because Melinda is always friendly and so lovely. She has heart and that’s why this location is lucky to have a person like her. She’s just a great person to talk with.

Love the new pineapple 🍍 cloud cake.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. Micaylah was our cashier and server. She pointed out sale items and gift cards that we were shopping fo and helped us make a great gift for my wife....Breakfast and shopping in one spot? SCORE!!!!

Great establishment clean with friendly staff

I came in today through the drive thru and was accidentally handed the wrong drink. And unfortunately didn't see it was black coffee until I got home. So I drove back and got my drink fixed by the very kind staff. And I hate to be that person, but I asked for any sort of compensation. And the manager gave me two cookies and apologized. I loved how kind they were and my new drink is phenomenal! Excellent customer service🙌😄

Came in for a big order today. Emily and Cody got everything done quickly, and correctly on the first delivery! Thanks to everyone at Starbucks. See you next time!

Went through the drive thru this morning and was accidentally given the wrong drink. I didn’t even realize it until I had already left. I had to be somewhere and didn’t have time to go back right away. I called about 45 minutes later when I was headed back there just to let them know I had received the wrong drink and they immediately knew who I was and what my order should have been. When I came back they were so friendly and apologized and gave me the correct drink and even credited my account back with the money I had paid for the drink earlier. Awesome staff and great customer service!

Haylee and Noah were great! They were both very sweet and engaged. I’ve never had an issue with this location. It’s pretty much the only Starbucks I’ll go to! Great service and staff 💛
