Well, the staff at the pharmacy was outstanding in helping us find items in your CVS store, but the store manager wasn't very helpful at all, when he was running the register behind the counter, sitting on a stool behind the counter, sitting putting valentine balloons to a stick while sitting down and when asked where items was in the store, all he did was point. This isn't how you conduct customer satisfaction to make sales and a profit in your CVS store. Thank you for listening.
