Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Very nice workers and great customer service. This sweet young lady Danielle took my order and even helped me clean up my grandkids mess LOL!!! The kids loved it and this is their favorite restaurant now. Definitely recommend if you've got the kids with you LOL.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Freddy's in Elizabethton, and I have to say, the food was absolutely incredible! Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful - clearly made with care. I've heard great things about Emiley Gilbert and her dedication to quality in the kitchen, and after tasting the food myself, I can definitely see why! My order was prepared perfectly, and I could tell that a lot of attention was paid to every detail. emiley is back there working her magic and deserves a huge round of applause! She is a true asset to the Freddy's team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a truly delicious and satisfying meal.

I went to Freddy's in Elizabethton today, and it was SO GOOD! I'll definitely be going back for more!
The atmosphere is like a 50s diner...they've even got the music to set the mood. The place was clean and well stocked. The people working there were all friendly and welcoming. The double cheeseburger was excellent, and the custard is even better! I highly recommend heading over to Freddy's in Elizabethton! : )

Had a father daughter day, had lunch here. Good service, nice staff. Good food, a little high but worth it. Good store front music, nice atmosphere.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. I was especially pleased with the black haired boy named Damian. He answered all of my questions, was exceptionally nice, and always had a smile on his face. The food tasted fantastic especially for the little time that it took to make it!

This girl named Alicia takes my order at the drive thru almost everyday and she’s the sweetest employee I know there. She always asks how my day is and always has a smile on her face. Thank you Freddy’s!

What an amazing Freddy’s! Food was great and served up before I could get my daughter in her chair. Super clean and friendly staff. Very polite and welcoming despite our party of 18 people.

Going here I’ve gotten multiple things and some are very detailed and the crew of Freddy’s gets it right to a T the cooks in the back always have a smile on there face specially Jackson and Damian 2 young men I had the chance to have a wonderful short conversation about what they liked to eat at the restaurant

this is best freddy’s restaurant i have been to by far! this restaurant is very clean in the lobby and bathrooms, it even looked like the back, from what i could see, was very clean. the other freddy’s restaurants i’ve been to, their food is either under or over cooked but here it is just right! i’ve gotten burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, custard, etc., and they are all great. the lobby has also been very well stocked and staffed as well! the staff are so nice and very helpful!! the dining room is very well organized and the tables stay wiped down. the custard and drive thru area are well organized and clean! the floors stay swept and if there are spots that need to be wiped up, the staff does it right away. the patio on warm days is very nice and clean, as well as the parking lot. even during a big rush the staff is very helpful and they do their best to keep up with the cleanliness of the place and the food is still good and you don’t have to wait very long for your food at all! the freddy’s app is also very helpful for ordering online and you get rewards for free items!!

Food is great! The service is great! Emily took really good care of us!!

Really enjoyed the Patty Melt. People were customer service oriented everything was great. Sundae delicious. Will be eating here again! Clean place to eat. Try it, you won't regret it!

Yahir Munoz took my order and was very helpful when I was ordering and had questions about some of the menus options. I ended up getting the Double Bacon Cheeseburger and it was outstanding! I ordered it and it was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. Lastly the Atmosphere was calm and laid back and had subtle music playing in the background for you to listen to while you eat.

I had never eaten at a freddys before, however trying it for the first time blew me away, their food was fantastic. It was hot, crispy, fresh, and delicious. The price was very good for the amount of food you recieve, especially compared to other restaurant value to quantity ratio. The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant being very clean, and the theme of a diner being a great aesthetic. I would highly recommend going to the establishment, and intend to visit this place more often in the future.

We absolutely love eating here, it’s so good! The cheese curds are to die for, they literally melt in your mouth 🤤! Kaleb assisted me in the drive thru recently and he was polite, kind and very helpful! 10/10 service every time we visit :)

The food was amazing, the customer service was great, Yahir was very helpful in my experience. He made sure our food came back good and made sure we did not need anything else. Will be back for sure.

Gracie Younce took my order and did so showing a great deal of professionalism and courtesy. My food order came out correct and delicious. Hope to have this same experience in the near future.
