POC American Fusion Buffet & Sushi

The best buffet ever and I mean it. I visited it 5-7 years ago first time and it got only better. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful, menu gives you plenty of choices, nice ambience and great interior. I will definitely be back. P.S. it's worth travel!

A delicious place that is a STEAL in Coral Gables for the price!
The restaurant has made-to-order brunch options, sushi, oysters, grilled meat, soup, salad, traditional Asian buffet, and a dessert bar with ice cream.
The sushi is made fresh- you can even watch the chefs make it- and the meat is grilled right in front of you. You can also ask the meat to be grilled to your preferred tenderness. They also give plenty of sauces and condiments.
Our server was kind and attentive, constantly refilling our water and taking empty plates. She even noticed our party struggling to take photos of everyone, and offered to take it herself!
You pay one fee at the door, they dont charge per plate. So, eat up!

First time at POC Am
Buffet style serving with sushi, lot of fresh seafood. Great meat and plenty of salads, soups and deserts. Great prices and good location in the center of The City Beautiful, Coral Gables. I'll recommend.

AMAZING CRABS! I love this place, not over priced, it’s super clean, has an amazing variety of different foods. As you can see my favorite is crab legs, other than that its location is stupendously beautiful. The restaurant itself is just 10/10 amazing. Nothing bad to say honestly. POC ON TOP!🫡🫡🫡

UPDATE 9/18/24: I have not been able to find another buffet with a quality that compares to POC, fresh seafood, fresh sushi, and truley respectable portions grilled meat, not shaved but nice thick slices like youd do at home or BBQ, and REAL bar with real drinks!!!!... IMm so sorry i didnt have more pictures but food was too good to spend my time on that, however i put videos that show almost the entire place, the bar is in there and the super long sushi table...

7/19/24: I was invited for the dinner menu for my birthday... lovely, delicious, and though you may not see as many buffet tables as in other cheaper places, thats a good thing, it allows for mor quality preparation because they are able to concentrate on the dishes they do serve... everything is fresher, tastier, seems to be made there... the Fried Calamari and Coconut Cream Shrimp (dont know the name lok) OMG absolutely delicious, never tasted anything like it, must be prepared there.... Snow Crab Legs and huge Cocktail Shrimp!!... Love Texas of Brazil? Nothing to envy here, they have Picanha, Churrasco and I think Sirloin or Filet Miñon, fresh grilled to your taste so to perfection!... all sorts of Sushi and even an interestingly delicious version that seems to be more like a treat, a desert.... and speaking of which, I tasted ALL the deserts, YUM, excellent, quite a variety actually, they even have a chocolate fountain!.... Lobster Bisque soup, nice flavor, i forgot to taste the Miso Soup. I tasted almost everything and had no conplaints. Nice fruit, good salads and more.... yes ice cream too. I even loved what I think was Seaweed Salad... Go, trust me, you will enjoy it, Im definetley going again, SOON!!, just first taste bits of everything before you decide to stack up your plate!!... Oh and download the parking app! 🥰... BTW they have a very nice bar so Uber/Lyft might be a good idea.

I am trying to do the carnivore diet. So, eating out with the family can be difficult. I had crab legs with butter, cocktail shrimp, salmon, Raw oysters/clams, AND they had like a Brazilian like grilled section that had an amazing cut perfectly cooked. If I had to guess it was a Denver Cut or Delmonico... Great night, Great food, and it stayed Keto/Carnivore!!!

POC in Coral Gables is a great sushi restaurant that offers a buffet-style dining experience.

It tends to get very packed but the sushi is always fresh and delicious. The variety of options on the buffet is impressive, with a range of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties and even some unique rolls. Their dessert options are also good. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere and friendly staff who are always around helping. If you're a sushi lover, POC is definitely worth checking out of you're in the coral gables area.

What a great idea! We stopped here since we had time to kill before our flight. I will recommend this spot to anyone in the area. So much variety for an all-you-can-eat buffet $20 lunch! About 20 roll options, an appetizer bar, soup, salads, and deserts! Not to mention they had a ton of sauces you can pick from too.

Always great sushi experience. Grill is also serves juicy and fresh meat. Trying to go there once a week with my family since 2019

I love this place!! My family of 4 came here and for all you can eat sushi, for one person sushi buffet is 25 dollars. If you are 12 or under it’s 13 dollars!! We ate from sushi to ice cream and fruits!! I would really recommend coming here!!

Great variety of fresh sushi, sashimi, and seafood options for the price.
They also have some meat options, but I went for the seafood - and would only recommend this option. The rest is greasy, and I'm not sure how fresh.
We got amazing service, but the waitress.
Dinner is 32 per person, and I believe the linch is 20. The difference: the amount of seafood t night compared to lunch.

Best sushi buffet in this area of miami. Not the biggest buffet but what they have its great quality. Dinner buffet been the best on fri to sunday. Crab legs, oysters, lamb, picana, sushi. Cant complain. For all you can eat its $40 per person, a little up there for a buffet, but woth every penny.

Food was delicious and fresh. Even though the place was pretty packed, our waitress Wafaa was super attentive (literally the kind where you drop a fork and she suddenly appears out of nowhere and hands you a new one 🧞‍♂). Crab legs are cooked-to-order so they are deliciously steamy and salty when you get them. I don't usually eat at buffets but this place is definitely an exception. Its buffet style with the quality of a order-in sit-down restaurant. From the sushi to the seafood to the Latin dishes, this place deserves all five ⭐

I’ve been going to POC since I was a toddler and to this day, it is my favorite restaurant. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. It amazes me that even after 16 years, the quality of the food has not changed at all; everything is still super delicious and there’s a ton of variety, especially of sushi and seafood. Even though I don’t live in Miami anymore, I always make it a point to go to POC.

It is the best sushi buffet in Miami. The food quality is great,vegetable and fruits r very fresh,the same as the five star hotel .At here u just pay $20 to eat that you will pay $200 for the same sushi 🍣 salad 🥗 shrimps 🍤 steaks 🥩 at the beach!

My family and I come plenty here as my mom loves this place! Everyone in my family and close friends know that if they want to gift her something; this is the place to bring her! It’s a set price and you can eat between sushi, sashimi, raw seafood, steak, salad and more. I think the whole staff knows us already as we come plenty! We always come starving and leave extra full so everyone leaves very much content.
