Berwick young woman at the drive thru was very kind. Knew her stuff and I just wish the donut selections would have been like they are in the am.

Absolutely love this Dunkin location as they have never messed up any order of mine, everything is always made as requested, fast and friendly service. I usually go through thr drive thru however I can see the store inside, and it's always clean, I have never seen it dirty or any spills on the counters/floors, trash isn't over flowing. This is a really good location. The ONLY thing I would change about this location is of you use the drive thru, you have to make a real sharp turn of the wheel to exit into the main road because of a curb right in front of the drive thru window. Aside from that, the parking lot is decent, and you can enter two ways and exit two ways (only If you enter from Front street or you will be on a oneway).

5 because we did actually receive what we intended and thought we ordered! 5 because that was an interesting ordering experience, haven't stopped laughing and shaking my head yet! I guess/hope the person who took our orders was a new employee.

Last night I went for my usual some variation of a Chai latte and signature caramel craze latte. It was a little backed up it seemed, I could only see two people in there so its understandable. Let me tell you tho, that was the best my order has tasted in a long time! Thank you!

The Ladies that work unbelievable speed and accuracy of your order can be located at the Berwick Dunkin donuts from opening at 4:30 . They move that vehicle line perfectly and are always polite and a real joy to start your day. Everyone that stops in the morning. Remember, these ladies and gentlemen dont make a million dollars an hour. Please consider even $1.00 tip could change these employees lives. Small gifts make remarkable improvements.

This Dunkin has made a complete turnaround in the last few years. It is probably the best one around. The staff is great and the food is fresh. The only thing is everyone else has noticed this as well because there is always a line both inside & at the drive-thru from about 6am till 2pm with few breaks between. So expect to wait a few minutes to be waited on. But it's worth it.

Dunkin' Donuts is like the best place for coffee! Always correct with my order and usually super fast! I just don't know who will sit in that line on rte 11 in Bloomsburg for a cup of coffee, they must put something in it because that line is for lunatics.. which I am not!

This Dunkin is pretty awesome! Friendly staff, it usually has everything I want and they're pretty fast too. The manager, Fran, is a pretty good manager as she keeps the place pretty clean. I've been in plenty of Dunkin that weren't any of the above things.

Been going to this store for 7 yrs
They are always pleasant, smiles galore and I've never had a problem with them. OR on the odd occasion, they've always made it right.

I go almost every morning before work to get breakfast. The wait time, even with a line to the main road, is pretty short 95% of the time. The team is very polite and I am on my way before I know it.

Fast, friendly and very clean lobby!! Drive thru is a tight squeeze for bigger vehicles just an FYI

I go to Dunkin donuts all over the country and some are definitely better than others... this is one of the best i'f not the best we have been to! the coffee was perfect and the food was cooked just right! thanks for always getting me going in the morning dunkin donuts!

Love that the girls know me by being a regular... May not know my name since I use the drive thru but they remember that I like a small straw with my tea or coffees 😊 exceptional customer service in my opinion.
