They was moving in here busy got us out in no time

This is a high traffic Starbucks.

Tatum (I think that's her name) (Cute blond) as was another of her coworkers was an exceptional server.
She greeted every customer with good energy and a genuine smile.
When someone is conscientious, it truly makes customers feel valued even when the wait time is long because of high traffic.

Drinks were amazing! So was the lemon loaf!

Story Time…My husband and I had to spend the night in Seymour for a sleep study, but we were in separate vehicles. We passed Dunkin and he asked me to turn around (Yes, I know this is Starbucks, be patient ☺) and grab his favorite drink. I personally hate the place but decided to grab a drink for myself anyways. The lady was nothing but hateful and my drink was junk. I pull out and go across the street to Starbucks, I should have just waited to do that to begin with and I’d have not wasted 6 bucks. Joe took my order, absolutely wonderful, such a pleasant man, knows the menu and understood every word of my rambling-I’m-not-sure-this-is-how-to-order-this order! At the window is Shannon, just a kind and pleasant as Joe. I have never visited this store and had a bad experience, but this time just hit the spot, made my morning so much better, especially after the horrible experience across the road. I should say we don’t live in Seymour so I don’t get the liberty of getting a Starbucks except when I/we have an appointment or sometimes I’ll treat myself if I’m running to Wally World. Anyways! Thank you Joe & Shannon both, for turning around what was about to be a ruined morning!! Y’all are great!

I love this location. Joe is so nice every morning. Today they messed up and made my hot drink as an iced. I would’ve just taken it and not said anything. However Sara at the window caught it. They then offered me the iced one at no charge and made my order correctly all with smiles and total professionalism. Thank you for keeping up positive attitudes in a time when it seems so uncommon to have positive customer service experiences! Also dirty chai w two shots three extra pumps of chai 👍🏼

Seymour Starbucks always has the sweetest, kindest staff. These type of workers and people are few and far between, but the Seymour staff is great.🩷

Got a wonderful breakfast sandwich with gouda cheese and a caramel ribbon crunch frappe!! Perfect start to morning!

Great location right off the freeway. It was busy inside and in the drive thru but it moved quickly. The staff was friendly and made both drinks just right.

The staff here are among the nicest baristas I’ve ever had at starbucks. Clean inside and quicker service even on a busy morning!

We always do drive thru and Joe is the best! Our morning is always so much better seeing him and our order is normally perfect!

Customer service can be measured by response during uneasy conversation.
I had issue with product during my last visits and chose to bring it to the establishment's attention.
I love the peppermimt mocha, but was unhappy with the product on my visit however; The reaction of Collin to my call requires that I leave a 5 star review.

Stopped here for some caffeine - it was pretty busy! Be patient! Employees were really nice and detail oriented. Everything I ordered came out exactly as expected. I appreciate all of you for giving me the coffee I was craving on my road trip.

Staff are always very nice and work as fast as they can and if they're is an issue they don't hesitate to make it right

Employee at drive thru was very pleasant, she Smiled 🙂 and that right there is great and so much appreciated, because employees aren't always nice and act like it's a pain to wait on you or they act like it's a chore and don't always say Thank you. .. Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. This location blows the Columbus locations out of the water. I would know because I visit this location at least 1-3 times per week. Friendly staff and they are super fast taking and making orders.

Customer service is top notch! Ashley, the manager, was incredibly kind, patient and extremely helpful. Her desire to appease a crazy Starbucks mug collector, even during the morning rush, made my day! I left without a mug BUT with a smile. You’ve got a gem in Ashley!

Long line at drive-in, kinda deserted inside. I had to wait about five minutes till a nice young lady asked me what I would like to order (I wasn't in any hurry, otherwise I would've been gone long before anyone noticed my presence)... Good freshly brewed coffee, clean place, pleasant music!

There was a very long line in drive-thru, and by the time I got up to the window they said my order was free because I had to wait over 10 minutes... but I also didn't get any Stars for my order, which I thought was kind of bogus since I had to wait so long! Oh well, can't have everything, and I did get free Starbucks! Yay!
