Two - the service also amazing. Great customer service.
Three - inventive and unique cocktail selections. They update frequently. Always fun way to try new and interesting creations.
Four - nice selection of small bites. We’ve tried the fig and pig flatbread, the artesianal mixed nuts, popcorn etc. you get the idea something to snack on while you enjoy your beverage and view.

Hands down best bartender Phil knocks it out of the park.

Beautiful rooftop venue in downtown Huntsville. Excellent cocktails, sharable apps, and one hell of a sunset. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Delightful cocktail menu and attentive staff! 10/10 highly recommended 🍻🥂✌

Absolutely obsessed with this place! This was my first visit and I've been won over. The drink menu was great and the bartender let us know they are a full service bar, so they will make you whatever you want. I got a hibiscus drink, it was beautiful and delicious. The view of downtown is great, all the references to Baker and Able were fun. I will be coming back!

Nice view. The drinks were good, albeit pricey. The food we had was good, too. Just don't come here hungry (since they don't serve full meals, just small bites) or expecting not to spend much. Nice atmosphere.

Nothing spectacular, just a nice bar with pleasant views. Great staff, well behaved clientele. An adult made the menu, so it's not awash in silly victuals and libations.
Probably will be impossible to get into next year.

This was my and my wife’s first time and we throughly enjoyed our visit. It was not too busy and we were able to snag a table on the railing with a sunset view. The service was great and the drinks were fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing cocktails and atmosphere. Drinks are a bit pricey for Huntsville generally speaking, however, they’re great quality and well crafted.

This is the coolest spot to grab drinks and small plates with a group of friends or a date! It's on the top of the Hilton hotel downtown, so the views are amazing of Huntsville. When you enter the hotel, the elevators are even labeled with their logo so you know exactly where to go which is helpful. The decor and atmosphere are so eclectic and inviting. It's named after two monkeys, so there are monkeys everywhere! You even get a little postcard that has their news story on it when you get your bill. The atmosphere feels a little elevated, but not snobby. The drink menu is incredibly original, the combinations were fascinating. They even have a bunch of small plates that you can share or have for yourself. Our waiter and the manager, Tim, even made up an original mocktail for me. It was absolutely delicious! Even the restrooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. I will definitely be back!

Had a great evening tonight with a few ladies! The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming and the seating was very comfortable. I had a craft beer, another member of my party had wine, and one had one of the cocktails and it was gorgeous! This is definitely a place I would recommend and will visit again!

The rooftop bar at Baker & Able is one of my favorite spots in downtown! Great drinks, amazing views / vibe, and great bartenders!

Absolutely loved the monkey theme! Gorgeous views of downtown on a cozy patio. We enjoyed the drinks we ordered (espresso martini and old fashioned). Our bartender was friendly and knowledgeable (didn’t get his name but he had a curly mustache). Drinks are pricy but worth it for the atmosphere. They also had a great bourbon selection.

Great place for a private party. Fantastic rooftop view of Huntsville Downtown. I was there for a private event and they did a great job with the food and the service. Bartenders were on it. Enjoy! 🤙🏻

Good location and unbeatable views, this location will have stunning views once the leaves start changing. It's on the roof of the new hotel so it's kind of difficult to find if you haven't been before. Bar is well equipt for cocktails but they are slowly working on their wine and beer selection. The seating is very spaced out and comfortable, the whole area is very fit for lounging. Music was good, simple tech house. Cocktail prices were competitive, an 8oz beer was $7. Bartenders are educated and experienced, if you don't know what you want they'll work with you to make something you'd like. The current downtown hidden gem if you ask me.

Edit: I just read the other reviews. The beer and wine selection is being worked on, seemingly a result of being a new location. If any of you have opened a restaurant there are things that have to be ironed out with time. I did not ask if there was food or if there will be, no one had food. The views are good if you want to see few buildings and lots of trees as it looks towards Monte Sano. If you had the patio opposite of the building you would be looking at concrete and brick,the sun would also be setting directly into your eyes. The current architecture will be shaded during the evening. As far as dress code, nothing was enforced from what I could tell but the patrons were well dressed, from casual date attire to dresses and suits.

A very classy, cool Huntsville experience! The rooftop patio is great. Unfortunately we went during a rainy, muggy evening so we stayed mostly in the indoor section. Comfortable enough to host a large group!

French 75 was delicious. Wait staff is very kind and seems attentive. Best view in downtown Huntsville. If the weather is good, this place is where you want to be downtown.
